I’d like to say it was great but…

Where to begin… my two sons have stayed with me at four hotels in the last few months. Almost every hotel has been of a reasonable size or gives information to guests about the room and the hotel facilities. This hotel room was the most expensive we have stayed at ($160 a night )the room size was tiny (compared with all the others), the wifi seemed to operate at 9600BPS (dial up speed). Meals are expensive (for what little is on offer). The mini fridge offered only a 250ml carton of milk there was NOTHING else inside (despite being listed on the menu).

Don’t waste your money

We were really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. The room was extremely noisy, which made it hard to get a decent night’s sleep. We could hear everything from the hallway and adjoining rooms, and there didn’t seem to be any proper soundproofing. The bed was also a big letdown — it was actually two single beds pushed together to make a double, which made it very uncomfortable. We could feel the gap in the middle, and it constantly felt like the beds were going to come apart. It definitely wasn’t what we expected when booking. Overall, it just wasn’t a restful or enjoyable stay. Some improvements to the noise levels and bed setup would really make a big difference.
