Staff was very helpful and professional . Room was clean and perfect for my stay. Air con and hot shower were in working order. Definitely will stay again

This is a budget hotel, obviously I don’t expect the world and I’ve stayed here before. But, this was the worse experience yet. I managed to get a ground floor room this time, no dragging stuff upstairs. ( no lifts here). Yay. No TV reception, advised by staff that TVs don’t work at all. Smokers hanging around outside my window at all hours. Talking and polluting the area around front entrance. Hard to sleep when you have no choice but to hear the conversation and profanities. Wifi so slow. I gave up. Hotspot the phone to IPad and watch a movie. Breakfast was awful. Toast and a machine coffee. Urgh… There was some unusual substances on the wall and mould in the bathroom. Didn’t wish to investigate this closer. I won’t be returning. Hopefully I’ll have a better experience elsewhere.

The hotel is an excellent choice for those on a budget. Whether driving or walking, it's conveniently located near shops. The location is great, and the room meets expectations for the price. The bed is comfortable, although it shifts a bit due to the wheels. The staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. I’m very satisfied with my stay and will definitely return.

Stayed 1 night on the road for work. Small room not unlike a ship cabin with a compartment bathroom. TV remote broken. A bit noisy with noise from other rooms and the fridge. Didn't feel 100% safe as a lone female traveller. Wish I'd read the reviews before I booked.

My stay at ibis Dandenong was very horrific, they do not prove any service not even toilet papers and clean bathroom. I would prefer to stay at any other hotel in Dandenong.
