avevo una prenotazione del giorno sbagliata non mi sono venuti minimamente incontro anche pagando mi hanno lasciato senza camera per una notte, ho provveduto a fare subito la disdetta e ho trovato un nuovo hoteL. Ho chiamato mi hanno detto che non avevano più camere ma sul sito erano ancora disponibili, una cosa inaccettabile.

Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Good sized twin beds, cosy bedding & pillows. Bathroom large & plenty of hot water. Quiet area. Easy walk into City & train station. Easy access to bus. Very satisfied with our stay & would recommend.

We stayed at the recently refurbished Ibis Styles York on Friday and had a wonderful experience. The hotel looks fresh, modern, and very well presented following the refurbishment — a great job has clearly been done throughout. The team were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived, which really made our stay enjoyable. The hospitality was splendid, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and looked after. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything felt well thought out. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others visiting York.

Zimmer war ok aber nicht wirklich sauber. Zimmerservice hat auch nicht wirklich geputzt. Hatte eine Dusche, die kaum funktioniert hat und habe das mehrfach gemeldet. Die Erklärung dafür war, dass halt alle im Hotel Wasser brauchen und sie deshalb nicht richtig Druck hat. Es ging auch morgens um 8 nicht... Sollte ich nochmals nach York gehen, bestimmt nicht mehr in diesem Hotel.
