Great place but let down by the quality of the bed.

Great location, stayed 1 night for the Pete Tong concert at the Arena. Only a short stroll into the town centre for great shopping n eating, lots of lovely shopping arcades. Quick check in, large room with lovely decor and styling and good cleanliness, especially the bathroom, so nice to see clean tiles and grout. The room was very quiet. The bed was huge, but unfortunately our stay was let down by a bed which wasnt to our liking at all. The mattress was poor & had no support, it had a topper on, perhaps to try to make it better, but this wrinkled with turning over and ridges could be felt through the bottom sheet which made for a very uncomfortable sleep. Impossible to lie comfortably on your back. Good job the bed was so large as my wife ended up in the middle of the bed where the mattress was firmer. 3 pillows were lumpy and not a great quality. Good parking next door at the Citypark car park. Can get a discount. Cannot comment on the breakfast as we chose not to have it.

Gutes und preiswertes Hotel an zentraler Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten im Parkhaus des Einkaufszentrum, nahe First Direct Arena. Leider kein Abendessen im Restaurant. Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Hotel ist in Gehentfernung vom Bahnhof und vom Zentrum der Stadt gelegen. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, im netten Gespräch mit der Dame an der Rezeption (Dana?) habe ich Tipps bekommen, was man sich anschauen sollte in der Stadt. Der immer frei benützbare Kaffee-Automat ist sehr angenehm, dass die Bar bereits um 20 Uhr schließt, hatte ich nicht erwartet.

Perfekte Lage innerhalb der Stadt (alles zu Fuß erreichbar), sowie zur First Direct Arena. Das Zimmer war top: sauber, schick, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Super modern und edel, vor allem das Bad war toll. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück erste Klasse - ich kann es nur empfehlen
