Stayied our first time the night before flying out for holiday from Birmingham. Check in was quick and efficient. Rooms are simple and well presented and smell fresh. Went down stairs for dinner and Ankita was so lovley, always checked in with us and gave us her suggestions of food. The one thing that stood out is beyond the normal line of questions "do you have allergies? etc... this is the only time I have ever experienced in a not fine dine Michelin resturant when I am asked if I want slim or regular tonic for my G&T. I was caught of guard in the most positive way.

Came at around 8.30pm but enough space. Good and quick service. Food was also great and came out quick. Thanks to Ankita for looking after us.

Sophia looked after us, and made sure everything was great, the food was great, the staff amazing and overall for a restaurant on the airport the service and vibe great. i would definitely recommend the IbIs birmingham, very basic hotel but in the airport and does the job.

Had an evening in the ibis at Birmingham airport, amazing service , Sophia single handled managed around 60-66 covers food and drink, and kept up, impressive... very . Friendly , kept things moving. Impressive. Lovey not to keep jumping up to the bar and waiting . She took all the orders from the tables food and drink. Give how busy they were , very impressive well done. Awesome job we will be back
