Great hotel before holiday

We have stayed here before once with our family sons and grandchildren and now as a couple it has been good both times.The staff are very friendly and welcoming especially our waiter Harman.

Had a great meal at the Novotel hotel , great staff , especially Mukesh who made are evening special , I am gluten & lactose free , so he double checked on the menu for what I could safely eat

Check in was fine and the staff are very polite. We are our evening meal at the restaurant and the food was fantastic, top quality and large portions we were extremely happy with dining here. The room was simple and spacious although when we entered there was a wet towel on the bedside cabinet and the bathroom was in need of desperate cleaning and repair. I have brought This to the attention of the staff. I would stay here again if the room and bathroom could be guaranteed to be clean

Thoroughly enjoyed the curry served to us by Senura and Ciaran. Both very pleasant and courteous. A relaxed atmosphere which was so nice, paticularly when you are so close to aeroplanes bring in the airport! Thank you
