Modern style and look fresh. Nice combination color too. The breakfast its free for child 12 below compare to other hotel. Staf very friendly and helpful.

Always great to be back. Rooms have been upgraded and now look properly modern. Our stay at room 926 did come with some weird quirks. Firstly the tap wouldn't turn off properly and had to be twisted a certain way. The toilet door was also difficult to close and had to be pulled/pushed hard for it to click shut. Another notable thing was when we arrived. It began to rain really heavily and I proceeded to usher my family down along with our luggage. Suddenly there was an entourage of a VIP coming in with probably 6 Alphards (?) and it seems your security didn't really cared much and began rushing us off while I was trying to check with him on where to park. I understand some VIPs may be demanding, but at that moment it really felt we weren't that valued as guests. Our luggage was placed at the entrance getting mildly wet from the rain while my wife and kids were inside waiting. So much so my wife had to step out to try and pull it in, and only then did your security noticed and told her it would be brought in.

Returned to the Pullman Kuching after a few years and a well deserved refurbishment has since taken place (and ongoing). The room has a fresh look and feel with a nicely appointed toilet. Only concern was that the water pressure to the shower was a bit on the low side. Room was otherwise spotless and could not fault.
