Firstly, the room amenities & quality was very ordinary & quite bare. In addition, the TV was very small, was not working properly, needing the technician to look at it 2 times, the quality of the signal was very poor & the picture was very granny. The room aircon was very noisy & disturb the sleep at night & slso not able to hear the TV clearly. The bath towels were very worn out, and there is almost no water absorption at all. Overall experience was low, and well below my expectations. That is my honest feedback. Rgds S.

We stayed at Pullman Kuching last weekend and, unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing for a hotel that is supposed to be in the premium category. Check-in experience: We requested an early check-in, which we understand is subject to availability. The part that felt unprofessional was the reception handling. We were told they would call us once the room was ready, but they never did. We had to call the hotel ourselves, only to be told the room was already available. When we returned to the counter, the receptionist simply passed our file to another colleague without a single word—not even a greeting or basic acknowledgement. For a Pullman property, this came across as unfriendly and quite careless. Room condition: The room interior is extremely dated and really needs refurbishment. The bathtub water was yellowish, which made it unusable. The toilet was partially clogged, and the air-conditioning was not cold even after leaving it running. There were no power sockets near the bedside, which is honestly unacceptable in the 21st century—having to charge our phones across the room and physically walk over to turn off alarms is quite ridiculous. We were also placed in a room next to the temporary gym, despite the hotel clearly having many other rooms available. The noise and the location made the stay even less comfortable. Overall environment: The lobby area was messy and noisy due to ongoing renovations. Guests should be informed clearly about this prior to booking because it really affects the overall experience and does not match what we expected or what we paid for. Service: Apart from the initial reception, service speed was generally okay. But the multiple maintenance issues and outdated facilities overshadowed the positives. Conclusion: Pullman Kuching needs to seriously improve the room quality, front-desk professionalism, and basic facilities. This stay did not reflect the standards of an international Pullman brand, and unfortunately, we left feeling quite dissatisfied.

I have a splendid time staying here however, why the parking fee was not flat rate? Even after i validate my car no. still got 10rm for parking. I attended an event that day so have to park there for 1 day and half. The room was very superb.
