I have a splendid time staying here however, why the parking fee was not flat rate? Even after i validate my car no. still got 10rm for parking. I attended an event that day so have to park there for 1 day and half. The room was very superb.

unsatisfied with the room condition against the price charged. please upgrade the room with new features like more usb port for charging and updated tv version. since the hotel still in renovation, the price should be lower than normal

Short and easy walking access to eateries and the waterfront. Cosy privacy to catch up with friends. Very helpful staff that made stay comfortable, private and safe. Appreciate the room upgrade and access to executive lounge.
