Hotel antigo e deixando a desejar pela higiene no quarto e corredores. Lastimável, solicitei outro quarto mas não tinha disponível. Cheiro de cigarro pelos corredores tão forte que parece um smoke shop. Cuidado ao reservar nesse hotel….

Serviços, instalações e arquitetura de alto padrão. Hotel muito bem localizado próximo a parques e shoppings centers. Café da manhã extremamente completo com opções ocidentais e orientais. Ainda há um pouco de dificuldade com o idioma.

Hotel bonito com quartos muito confortáveis e espaçosos. Funcionários atenciosos e a maioria fala o básico em inglês. Transfer para a Canton Fair durante as 3 fases. Boas opções de restaurantes e um farto café da manhã.

O check-in foi bem rápido e recebi upgrade de quarto por ser membro Gold. Na China é bem difícil achar pessoas que falem inglês, mesmo num Sofitel somente uma pequena parte do staff fala inglês. O quarto era excelente, limpo, presentes para membro gold, ótimos amenities no banheiro, mantendo o padrão Sofitel. Ótimo café da manhã, porém no primeiro dia chegamos por volta das 10 e havia uma fila enorme, faltava comida em muitas estações, claramente havia muito mais gente no restaurante do que este podia comportar, nos dias seguintes fomos mais cedo e não tivemos problemas. O hotel já é um pouco antigo mas isso não compromete a beleza, nem o serviço oferecido. Pessoal do lobby sempre disposto a ajudar, inclusive entrando em contato com os motoristas do Didi e Taxis para passar instruções de destinos ou localização do hotel. Hotel bem localizado, porém só utilizei Didi em Guangzhou.
