TALEI RESTAURANT

Breakfast. Full breakfast buffet served 7 days / 7 from 6 am to 11 am. Continental breakfast from 5:30 am to guests leaving before 6 am. Lunch and dinner à la carte. Menu with European cuisine and specialties of the Pacific.

they still haven't returned my deposit

They asked me for my credit card to make a deposit for $100, in case I had any purchases, and after a month since then they still haven't returned it to me. I think it's a scam and that they're stealing our money. Me pidieron la tarjeta de crédito para hacerme un resguardo de 100 dólares, por o si tuviera algun un consumo y pasado un mes desde entonces todavía no me la han devuelto Pienso que es una estafa y que nos roban dinero

Great Food Improvement

I stayed here several years ago and it was interesting to see the changes at the hotel. The hotel and the rooms are a tad tired and could do with a refit but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The big change has been with the food offer. The restaurant food is now very good and it was a pleasure to eat there. The breakfast offer has also greatly improved. As before, the staff are still friendly and welcoming.

seriously if you want to compete with the rest of the world for value and service you really have to lift your game !! you may be getting that price for rooms at the moment but everyone i spoke to was shocked and said they would not return to Fiji ! this Novotel is looking very shabby and needs a serious up grade !! ( a coat of paint does not do it ) it is not any way near brand standards.Also staff service is a hit and miss some are trying others well ? no recognition of Accor membership at checkin ? sorry guys but very disappointing stay this time >

My husband and I like a nice hotel so for the last night's stay in Fiji close to the airport we chose the Novatel. From the outside this looks lush. The story from the inside is the opposite. The room smelled terrible. We weren't moved. We didn't sleep well. This is a clear case of someone making a lot of money out of travellers without putting anything into the upkeep. Disgusting is all I have to say here. And when asked if we slept well we said no, and the other couple at the counter said "same here" and they didn't look happy either! We would never go back to this hotel. We feel very sorry for the staff who have to work here with obviously very few resources to do their jobs.

Spent a week here for a workshop. The breakfast spread was great and no hassle from the staff. The morning, lunch and afternoon was also great. Conference room was well equipped, although WiFi dropped a few times but all went great. Would recommend for work related meetings.
