We had the most wonderful stay at Sofitel Fiji. From the first Bula at arrival to the last goodbye we were looked after like we were family. We stayed at the Waitui Beach Club. WOW is all I can say. The way we were looked after and nothing was a bother to the staff. They always had a smile on their faces no matter what. The Canapes on the hour and also Happy Hour. Amazing. The Journal Lounge, best coffee and snacks, Pillow menu shop, Pure Fiji Shop Staff. I cant say enough. We are definately going to stay again for sure.

We love this place. The Waitui Adults Club is sublime. Everything is perfect - the staff (especially Bob the Beveridge Manager, Ana, Lia, Romeo and so many more), the facilities, the free daily laundry and mini-bar swaps, cocktail hour and the food. This was my retirement holiday with the family and the last night retirement song from the staff and the cake was just the perfect full stop to yet another perfect stay. Thank you to everyone. We will be back,

Beautiful view, very peaceful looking out across the water from our table. Wait staff are all exceptionally friendly & knowledgeable, we will be back again. The food was sensational, good portions & a great range on the menu to choose from.

For families, the staff are exceptionally patient and engaging with children, making the "Bula spirit" feel like more than just a marketing slogan.
