방에 들어가면서 부터 곰팡이 냄새가 많이 났음. 자려고 누웠는데 곰팡이 냄새로 머리가 아팠고 에어컨을 틀어 놓아서 인지 2틀날 부터는 냄새는 덜 났음. 호텔 벽과 화장실 등 곰팡이가 많이 눈에 보였음.
이것외에는 호텔 직원분들 매우 친절하시고 좋았음.

MTR과 시티게이트아울렛 건물과 통해있다는게 최고!!!!! 의 장점인듯 합니다.
마트, 유니클로, 카페 등등 필요한 무엇이든 다 쉽게 구할 수 있네요.
2월말경 가서 호텔이 비싸게 갔지만 좀더 저렴할 때라면 꼭 다시 가고싶은 곳입니다.

체크인시 재요청 드렸는대도 관광 후 밤 10시에 들어와보니 설치 안되있어서 다시 재요청함 ㅡㅡ
새벽 2시에 카드 결제가 되있어 물어보니 보증금 청구가 있었음
체크인시 안내 안됨.. 매우 불만족 최악인 호텔이였음

21층에 숙박했는데 복도에 불쾌한 냄새가 계속났습니다. 제일 아쉬운 부분은 클럽라운지였는데 해피아워의 음식과 클럽라운지의 직원의 태도는 전혀 호텔이 관리되고 있지않다는 느낌을 받았어요. 이렇게 좋은 위치에 호텔 관리자의 열정이 절실히 필요한 호텔입니다

13.15세 아이 두명과 숙박하였습니다. 두 방 모두 이그제큐티브 클럽 룸 층에 커넥팅룸으로 예약해 주셔서 편하게 이용하였습니다. 아이들 식사까지 무료로 먹을수 있어 좋았습니다. 8시 30분에 클럽라운지가 문을 닫았은데 청소하시는 도중 부탁드려 음료수를 마실수 있게 해주셔서 감사했습니다.
