All in all very disappointed with this hotel stay. Check in took around 40 mins, can’t explain why the process is so slow and it was very frustrating to see only 2 of the 3 desks open. Rooms are clean but small Breakfast room is not big enough so you have to be there early Hotel bar charged a cover even for residents on New Years Eve, this was made even more disappointing by the lack of atmosphere and the fact that the band missed the NYE countdown. At check out there was an attempt to overcharge .

Hello, we stayed at the Novotel. The location was perfect for what we had on our itinerary. Right across the street from 7/11 and bakery’s, coffee and dim sum. Our only negative thing I would say is the reason we booked this hotel is because it had an outdoor pool. Coming from San Francisco we usually travel to Hawaii for the holidays to escape the cold winter and saw the weather in HK was about 75 degrees, which is better than the 45-59 degrees here in SF. Once we arrived they told us the pool was closed for the winter. The notice just happened to take place one day before we checked in. We were just in NYC in November where it was 40-50 degrees and totally makes sense there. Currently it’s still sunny in HK. Other than that I would come back again just worried about backing a swim suit or not.

Great location and superb helpful staff. We we stayed from the 22nd to the 27th. Paul Chan was on the concierge desk during our stay. Paul Chan was very knowledgeable about anything local and beyond. PAUL was responsive to whatever we requested and acted kindly and swiftly. He took the time to make sure we were alright and made sure to follow up later making sure all was well. My family and I are very grateful for Paul's unwavering kind and thoughtful service.

Excellent hotel and very good service from Paul Chan when my kid gets sick. Good care and recommendation on what to do and which hospital to go. Also the front desk staffs like Jeffrey are all very friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at Novotel Century.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the lead up to Christmas 2025. We had connecting rooms, and access to the executive lounge as well, which is located on the 23rd floor. This is a great hotel that delivers on exactly what it promises. The rooms are clean, and the hotel is located in a handy spot in Wan Chai. There is 24 hour reception and all the staff are very helpful. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The breakfast buffet is really good, a great selection of western and eastern choices. Looks like it's changed every second day. AK's bar is also not bad for a quick drink. The hotel is not brand new, but it's well kept and well managed. It clearly has a high volume of visitors due to the great value on offer. Happy to stay here again.
