I would like to especially appreciate the staff Mr Paul Chan for his kind and very attentive nature with his service. I think his kind and very caring nature for guests make the stay very pleasant. I stayed at the hotel 13 nights and my entire stay was fantastic because of these kind and professional staff at the hotel.

First and foremost the staff at the Novotel Century Hong Kong are exemplary. Standouts among them Paul Chan and Tiffany who were most helpful whenever we had questions or requests. It’s in a fantastic location located near the MRT and within walking distance of great shopping and some attractions. Breakfast has numerous choices for all dietary needs and the food is quite tasty. We had a club room which is a fair size for Hong Kong and comes with lounge access. The lounge has some decent offerings that change throughout the day. We have visited this hotel 2or 3 times and would definitely do so again when back in Hong Kong. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Dear Novotel Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful nine-night stay at your Novotel Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all members of your staff were courteous, professional, and consistently helpful. Any requests we had were attended to promptly and with great care. I would especially like to commend Paul, the Concierge, whose outstanding service truly made our stay exceptional. Paul went above and beyond in assisting us with navigating Hong Kong, providing excellent recommendations, clear directions, and valuable local knowledge.In addition, we were extremely grateful for his thoughtful assistance regarding my 100-year-old aunt who visited us at the hotel. Paul kindly guided us on arranging a handicap-accessible Uber and helped ensure we could comfortably reach our specialty restaurant. His patience, attentiveness, and genuine care were greatly appreciated.Thanks to Paul’s exceptional service, our stay at Novotel was not only comfortable but truly memorable.
