도착하자마자 체크인 담당자의 호스피탈리티에 감동받았습니다. 12월 16일 오후에 데스크에서 근무하신 한국어를 유창하게 잘 하셨던 young lady 에게 특별히 감사드립니다. 몬드리안의 첫인상이 아주 좋았습니다. 그리고 출장을 앞두고 간단한 인쇄를 도와주신 객실 CS 담당께도 감사 인사 드립니다. 완벽했습니다.
