Your comments about the accommodation, WiFi, breakfast, team service, and check-out process are invaluable to us, and we appreciate your honesty. We are continually striving to enhance our services and the overall guest experience. Your feedback will be communicated to our management team as we look to improve in these areas. Same time I would like to mention that we did provide room upgrade to one room which is for the member room and the other 2 rooms next each other, due to the high occupancy we could not provide room upgrade to all 3 rooms. 디즈니랜드 리조트에서 체크아웃하고 바로 이동했는데, 일찍도착했음에도 친절하게 응대해서 짐도 올려주시고, 환영 선물(포토카드)도 받고, 웰컴드링크로 코카콜라도 대접받았어요. 투숙하는 동안 조식도 즐겁게 먹었고, 직원들이 저를 기억하고 알아봐줘서 고마웠습니다. 스위트룸에서 투숙했는데, 전망이 매우 아름답고 인테리어도 훌륭했어요.
