There was a queue to check in. I don’t know what the point of online check in was given there was no one at the online desk. I think this hotel really rests on the laurels of the Sofitel brand and isn’t up to the brand’s standard. The room was clean etc. and everything worked. But why were there no power sockets near the beds?
