Booked hotel in a hurry as daughter in local hospital…whilst checking in the few people in front of me were getting there council funded applications sorted..I realised I’d booked wrong hotel not the other across the carpark,confirmed when the crackhead asked if she could take her shopping trolley up in the lift ..there was no way I’m letting my kid stay here,spoke to receptionist about cancellation yes that’s fine just ring back Monday to double check which I did .Also Canselled with booking .com…felt relieved walking through the smog of drug fumes…but hey you charged me anyway..keep your money and thanks for your compassion…but anyone wanting any of the above I’m sure you’re find it staying here

Great service from the night Manager Steven. Was very helpful and represented the hotel with distinction. Gave great advice with everything we needed after a 30 hour journey from Australia. The room was suitable for 2 nights prior to our cruise

This hotel is definitely budget. My room was basic with a shower and sink to one side of the small room, rather than in a bathroom. The toilet was behind a separate door that felt like a cupboard. The mattress on the bed was very thin - only just more than a topper. There was a small tv on the wall in the corner with a small desk under but only a plastic stool to sit on. The only socket I could find to plug my charger / laptop in was hidden up behind the tv screen and no sockets at the side of the bed. There was no curtain, just a blind that I had to pull down manually. There was no carpet but plastic lino throughout. On the plus side, the room was clean with air conditioning. The reception area felt grubby but the staff were friendly and helpful. Sadly I would not choose to stay here again.

Good priced hotel if you need to stay for a night or two. Decent room for the price. Room was clean and tidy and bed was comfortable. Layout of the room is good and convenient. More than enough space to get ready and lots of handy mirrors. Breakfast is as expected shown in the pictures, good for what it is. Staff are friendly.

Couple good things about this hotel, a short walk from National Express bus station and got into my room early after no sleep on my international flight over. Shopping center, McDonald's, TGIFRIDAY and cruise terminal all very close and walkable. Room itself small, pillows not at all soft, have to ask for hair dryer, luckily space heater was in room bc wall unit never kicked on. The next morning to go check out breakfast, which was not at all good, elevator from 4th floor didn't go to main floor "Zero" & really didn't get a straight answer about getting my luggage down.
