Perfecte locatie, prima kamer. Zeer klantonvriendelijk om mij voor de early check in £80 te laten betalen terwijl er een kamer vrij is. Voelt als diefstal. Is er geen kamer vrij omdat ze schoongemaakt worden is dat totaal begrijpelijk maar als je 3 uur voor check-in aankomt en er is een kamer vrij die ze toch niet meer kunnen verhuren in die 3 uur en dan £80 pond vragen voelt het als diefstal! Zeer klant onvriendelijk hotel beleid of niet. Zeker omdat ik daar vaker kom

Geweldig dat het naast d. terminal ligt. Fijne luxe accommodatie. Alles was schoon en goed verzorgd. Vriendelijke, gastvrije medewerkers Puntje v. aandacht: Er is 1 Europees stopcontact in d. kamer aanwezig, die is erg goed verstopt. Achter d. vitrage en er was maar één medewerker die daarvan af wist. Gelukkig kon ik mijn phone daarna wel opladen. Zelfs d. conciërge wist het niet

We had a wonderful stay, arrived in the evening, front desk was exceptionally friendly, had a drink and pizza at the bar, all staff very kind and hospitable. A few minutes walk from Gatwick North, super comfy beds & luxurious toiletry products (Balmain)

Dispite pre check in my key could not be found for sone time . Also reception not as friendly as previous stays. Also the staff looked tired,the staff uniforms faded and in one case badly stained. The room was fine except that there are no international sockets . Pretty standard at hiltons and comapared to other rooms I had at the hotel felt saggy and lumpy. And the bathroom was not fully prepared ie missing grooming items Full English breakfast delivered on time.pipping hot and delicious except for two very greasy hash browns. Not really a part of a English breakfast . Little things matter your reception is the first impressions One other point I booked with booking com .Because on the hotel website was £40more most hotel chains have the best price . As I had fast check out . When I finally got receipt days after check out it was £4 more than the booking com price.

Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht voor een doorreis van Londen naar Malaga. De kamer was schoon en netjes en groot genoeg voor 2 volwassen en onze dochter van 9 (zij sliep op een grote slaapbank). We hebben gegeten in het internationale restaurant. Ook een prima restaurant met vriendelijke bediening.
