What can one say, the whole experience was fantastic. From the friendly & helpful staff, a magnificent room over looking the garden & pool, the facilities & activities, superb restaurants & bars. You can be as active as you like, 9 hole golf course, boat trip to some of the islands, bike hire etc. and of course the fantastic swimming pool, perfect for a dip on a hot day and to relax around with a cold drink. A special thank you to Sao, Lita, Son, Jah, May & Jib.

It was awesome! We loved it! Will be back. Sem, Sky, boy, Na Plamy, Focus, & Tas were incredible, gave us the best time on our honeymoon. They all went the extra mile and then some :)

Sam, Sky, Boy, and Na and Plamy were so attentive and friendly! We had the best time at the swim up bar and at the entire resort for our honeymoon!

I’m writing this review just a couple of day’s shy of us leaving on Saturday. What a fantastic stay we have/are having, we have been lucky enough to have stayed in many countries and many top hotels. To say this is right at the top of our list is an understatement both the management and staff are amongst the most professional and more importantly the most friendly we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Truly Outstanding Stay – Wonderful Service, Beautiful Resort, and Memorable People

My wife and I stayed at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort for 5 nights in late November and were genuinely impressed in every way – from the service and facilities to the activities and overall atmosphere. We definitely plan to return. What made our stay truly special was the Club Lounge team. The staff were exceptionally attentive, warm, and professional. A special thank you to Pepsi, Dina, Luke, Bas, and Gabby, who took care of us so well throughout our stay. They remembered our preferences, checked in on us regularly, and always made us feel welcome and relaxed whenever we visited the lounge. I would also like to highlight Focus, the female bartender. She was very active, friendly, and skilled – always ready with recommendations and mixing great drinks that really matched our tastes. She helped create a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere in the evenings. In the mornings, we joined the yoga class with Weena, and it was another highlight of our stay. You can really feel her dedication in the way she leads and explains each pose. She took the time to guide each participant carefully, so even someone who doesn’t practice yoga regularly can follow along, relax, and enjoy the session. It was a perfect way to start the day. We also appreciated the friendliness of Christian, the Director of Leisure & Lifestyle, who often came by to greet us and ask about our experience. It was clear that the management really cares about guest satisfaction and is actively involved, not just working behind the scenes. Overall, the resort is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and we enjoyed every meal there. With the combination of a stunning setting, great facilities, and an outstanding team, this stay at Sofitel Krabi Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort became a very memorable experience for us. If we have the chance, we will definitely return – and we will happily recommend this hotel as a top choice for anyone visiting Krabi.
