房间设施老旧、周边房间开、关门和楼上噪音比较大

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced with the room facilities, noise, WiFi coverage, and breakfast variety. Your comments are invaluable and have been shared with our teams to help us improve these areas. We are pleased to inform you that our ongoing Superior Room renovation project in Building B will be completed at the beginning of November this year. This upgrade is designed to enhance comfort and reduce noise, offering a more enjoyable experience for our guests. 1.首先赞扬前厅部门的优秀，在我不熟悉当地情况的时候提供了非常多的帮助。 2.再次赞扬沙滩的工作人员，他们每次都能提供过马路的安全。 3.对于White Lotus餐厅很不满意，整体菜品的品质看出了主厨的傲慢，整体菜品水平如同花拳绣腿，餐厅从菜品和服务还不如酒店外的路边餐厅的水准。 4.对于客房部，如果不能做到彻底的清扫房间请自我反思。
