The hotel as a facility is good and the rooms large and spacious. The pool is good and the amenities are very good. The staff were friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Sadly, I’ve never stayed in a hotel where all meals were truly average to terrible. We gave up and went to town for food in the end where the food was a quarter the price and three times better. Really bizarre how bad the food was and this lets the whole experience down. Food is a massive part of a holiday and it’s a huge miss for us at the Sofitel Krabi. We won’t be back.

Al was very much service oriented. He is very kind and supportive He went out of his skin to make our stay at the Sofitel hotel the best ever. He was all the time kind and smiling and one evening he stayed after duty time to make phone calls to the airline company

We had a beautiful holiday here in Sofitel Thailand a special thanks to Allan and Casey. They have the most beautiful singing voices. They are very kind and caring people. Thank you we will miss all the Staff here. Also a huge special thanks to Pure, Gabbie, Anaïs, charlotte, King, Nab, Deena, Golf, Nah, Wade, Pong, and I’m sorry if I forgot some people but Sofitel is heaven on Earth.

Beautiful pool and lovely club lounge. The kids club was very good with lots of activities provided that were free as well as special at cost things like pizza making. Can easily walk from the pool to the beach. Or sit in sun beds on the grass and watch the ocean
