We are pleased to know that you appreciated our renovated interior, friendly Heartists, Executive Lounge service, pool, and the overall peaceful and private atmosphere. At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconvenience you experienced due to insects in the room, which required a room change. Please accept our sincere apologies for this situation. While our resort is located in a tropical environment, we fully understand the importance of comfort and have shared your feedback with our housekeeping and pest control teams to reinforce preventive measures and enhance guest comfort. We also take note of your comments regarding sustainability communication and room upgrade allocation, which have been shared with the relevant teams for review and continuous improvement. Regarding your comment on in-room amenities, kindly allow us to clarify that toothbrushes and other dental kits are available upon request at any time, and our Heartists are always pleased to deliver them promptly to ensure guest convenience.
