We had the best time of our holidays here once again, we had been looked after so well with the team Especially breakfast team were amazing They are so attentive and genuine care to what we liked to have each morning. Also the White Lotus Restaurant while we celebrated my partner’s birthday on the same day we had Loy Krathong Night. It’s beyond memorable and we were so welcoming and overwhelming with the service and hospitality from the team of Khun Sao, the restaurant manager and her team Khun Lita, K.Som, K.Jah, K.Jib, K.May and Chef Jay, Den, Mook and Khun K, Chef Mahabad and Ankit We keep our photo that took by the restaurant in our journal. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much All the best and looking forward to the next time there

We had a pleasant but mixed stay. The staff were genuinely excellent and the location is very good, which made the experience enjoyable overall. However, for what you pay, you do expect more in return. The golf course is more of a chip-and-putt setup rather than the advertised championship-style course. Many additional activities — including kids club, pool activities, golf and tennis — were very expensive, which quickly added up. The rooms are ageing and lack basic expectations for an international hotel, such as international power points. Overall, great staff in a good location, but the value didn’t quite stack up for us. Probably wouldn’t return unless rooms are updated and pricing reconsidered.

소피텔 아고다 평점이 왜 8.5점밖에 안되는지 이해가 안됩니다. 소피텔 체크인 때 도와준 탐, 벨라 감사해요. 그리고 숙박하는 내내 깨끗하게 청소해 준 분들께도 감사하고요. 수영장, 탁구, 포켓볼(당구채는 교환이 필요해 보임) 모두 즐겁게 즐겼고요. 아이들은 키즈 캠프 니나 선생님과 즐거운 시간을 보냈다고 합니다. 아, 매년 가족과 아이 친구들 가족과 함께 연말과 새해를 맞이하기 위해 함께 여행을 다니는데요. 작년에 베트남 푸꾸옥 인터컨티넨탈 호텔보다 소피텔 갈라 디너파티가 훨씬 더 좋았습니다.

I absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel in Krabi! The location is perfect, right by the beach, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are beautiful, and the noise level is quiet and peaceful. The pool, honestly, the best I’ve ever seen, is a true showstopper. Breakfast is great, with a wide variety, though it leans mostly toward Chinese and Indian options. The bakery is exceptional, don’t miss it! The hotel is very high-tech and offers plenty of activities and sports, making it perfect for both relaxation and fun. The value is excellent, and overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay at Sofitel Krabi

Our family of five had an amazing two weeks stay in the hotel. The hotel personnel made our stay special. Our four year old loved the kids club and wanted to go there every day. This was especially due to the great employees. All of them were great and we would like to thank them all, but especially we want to thank Anfield for making her days delightful and special. Kids club was recently renovated and it was super fresh and nice. They also had great activities for the kids. We also enjoyed variety of activities provided by the hotel: Weena was a great yoga and padel instructor (yoga was free), Yang provided very good treatments at the Spa, the golf course was nice to play with the kids (although the bunkers were under repair). The pool was huge and had great area for small kids, goals to play water ball and a wibit track for the bigger kids to enjoy. Pool bar served us well with delicious drinks and food. Breakfast was very good, with loads of different options. The only thing we could slightly complain about was that sometimes we needed to wait our coffee orders for long, but the coffee was good and prepared by barista. We had breakfast only selected, but we dined a few times in the hotel's Italian and Asian restaurants. Quality of food was good, but somewhat pricey compared to local restaurants nearby. The hotel also provided nice Christmas events, with Santa Claus visiting, fire show and a disco as well as a princess show which our smallest enjoyed a lot. We also made an island trip with hotel staff (Hong Island, Paradise Island and a third one which name we cannot remember anymore). The trip was well arranged and the boat was comfortable to travel with. All over the hotel area was beautiful, well-functioning and clean. Room was also cleaned well every day. The only minuses - which didn't bothered us too much though - were the room being a bit out dated for a 5 star hotel (especially bathrooms) and beds being hard to sleep on. You could also hear the people talking in the next room, but luckily our neighbors didn't bothered us too much. The beach was beautiful and (nice also for walks and runs) and there are cozy restaurants by the beach serving good food and drinks. To sum up, we can highly recommend the hotel for families looking for activities, relaxation under the sun and delicious food.
