Client statut DIAMOND du programme ALL ACCOR : Un gros merci à TOM (Duty Manager) qui a été très aimable et professionnel, en traitant parfaitement nos demandes et notre réclamation relative à l'excursion à Koh Phi Phi avec le bateau de l'hôtel (pique-nique sur une plage encombrée d'ordures et parmi celles-ci et absence de débarquement au port de l'île). D'autre part, les photos publiées par l'hôtel occultent complètement le ponton de chargement de gros bateaux en minerais, situé au bout de la plage devant l'hôtel, de même que l'importante circulation sur la route séparant l'hôtel de la plage. Ceci n'est pas correct et tomberait sous le coup d'une publicité mensongère en Europe... Ceci mis à part, nous sommes satisfaits des prestations de l'hôtel et de ses équipes.
