Hôtel qui ne correspond pas à 5 étoiles. Le lit était inconfortable au possible avec un dessous de lit en bois. La douche même un 3 étoiles propose mieux. Le ménage pouvait être fait seulement à 16h et laissé à désirer dans les coins de la chambre. De plus le service n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, le personnel n’est même pas agréable, ne fait aucun effort en anglais pour qu’on puisse les comprendre. La nourriture est digne de la cantine scolaire. Je suis très déçue de ce voyage dans cet hôtel qui nous aura coûté excessivement cher. La plage est une décharge. Bref nous ne reviendrons jamais et nous vous conseillons de fuir ce lieu.

We were surprised and concerned to read about the issues you faced with housekeeping, bedding, and service. The genuine friendliness and attentiveness of our ambassadors is normally one of the most appreciated aspects of our hotel, and your comments have been shared with the department heads to ensure improvements are made. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the English skills of some of our employees. As English is not a primary language in Thailand and most of our ambassadors are hired from local villages with limited English. To address this, we have invested in an online program where many of our staff are gradually rotated to improve their language skills. We are sorry if this caused any communication challenges during your stay. Regarding the beach, it is normally cleaned by our sports team every day. While umbrellas cannot be set up due to the government regulations, sunbeds and the natural shade from trees make the beach enjoyable, and it remains one of Krabi’s most beautiful sunset spots. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback, which helps us continuously enhance the guest experience. Très bel hôtel, mais pas tout a fait à la la hauteur de la marque Sofitel. La piscine, l’une des plus grandes de Thaïlande, est superbe et parfaitement entretenue. Les Junior Suites sont très spacieuses et confortables. Côté restauration : • White Lotus : excellent restaurant indien, cuisine remarquable. Le chef a été primé en 2023, et cela se ressent clairement dans l’assiette. • Mention spéciale au personnel de ce restaurant , souriant, charmant et professionnel, notamment Charlotte et Lucie pour leur accompagnement francophone irréprochable. .petit déjeuner boisson lente à servir mais choix et qualité remarquablement bon Restaurant snack piscine à revoir en totalité choix portion minuscule et goût pas toujours au rendez-vous ce contraste vraiment saisissant Points négatifs : • Le Club Millésime : horaires totalement inadaptés,mais personnel tres avenant • En tant que végétariens, nous n’avons rien trouvé d’adapté au buffet., ce qui est dommage pour un établissement de ce niveau. malgré nos demandes , répétées. • Plage à éviter : très petite, sans parasols, située près d’un port de ferry. Un vrai potentiel pourtant, si l aménagement était adapté En résumé : un hôtel de très belle facture, très bien entretenu, mais qui nécessite des ajustements sur des points clés. Il semble toutefois que le nouveau Duty Manager, Tom, soit a l ecoute de point à corriger certains éléments indispensables — à suivre. Comme tous les hôtels thaïlandais qu’on a fait sur trois semaines, l’écoute, Clients n’est pas la priorité la plus importante

Please note that our theme night buffet is standardized for all guests to ensure consistency, though special requests can always be arranged at our à la carte restaurants. Regarding the beach in front of the hotel, we provide sunbeds for guest comfort, and while we are unfortunately unable to set up umbrellas since it is a public beach regulated by the government, our guests can still enjoy the area under the shade of the trees, keeping it pleasant even during the day. Although the beach is smaller, it is widely recognized as one of the most beautiful sunset points in Krabi, and we hope you can fully enjoy this unique feature. Your other observations about breakfast service, poolside snacks, and overall facilities have been shared with the respective department heads to further improve the guest experience.
