Malgré notre statut de carte de Membre de fidélité, nous avons eu le sentiment de ne pas avoir eu un effort de fait pour que nous ayons une chambre mieux placée. En effet, la nôtre donnait sur l’extérieur de l’hôtel était complètement au bout. Elle ne pouvait pas être plus loin. Nous avons également regretté la route entre l’hôtel et la plage, ce qui enlève l’intimité que nous trouvons dans certains resort qui ont un accès plage direct. Nous avons cependant passé une très belle journée puisque nous n’y étions que nos nuit. Nous avons également passé une très bonne soirée au bar qui était animé par deux excellent chanteur et chanteuse et dans le personnel était au top. L’architecture de l’hôtel est magnifique et sa piscine aussi.

Bon séjour , l hôtel est très moderne et luxueux . Le buffet breakfast et les restaurant sont de très bonne qualité . Idéalement situé il donne un accès direct à la plage . Les piscines séparés en 3 bassins sont une excellente idée. Petit bémol , les 10% et 7% sur tous les achats à l hôtel et l établissement est situé loin de tout.

Magnifique séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un séjour en famille des plus agréables au Sofitel Krabi. L’établissement est particulièrement adapté aux enfants. Nos deux garçons, âgés de 11 et 17 ans, se sont régalés dans l’immense piscine, notamment avec la structure gonflable et les nombreuses activités proposées. Les couchers de soleil sur la plage sont absolument magnifiques. Le spa est, quant à lui, exceptionnel. Mais au-delà de tout cela, c’est l’attention et la bienveillance du personnel qui rendent cet hôtel véritablement unique. Au cours de notre séjour, l’un de nos fils est tombé malade ; il a immédiatement été pris en charge par l’infirmière de l’établissement, et chaque membre du personnel est venu régulièrement s’enquérir de son état de santé. Le véritable luxe de cet hôtel réside sans conteste dans la qualité irréprochable du service. Une mention toute particulière à Lukwha et Deena du Club Millésime, qui ont, chaque jour, pris grand soin de nous. De merveilleuses vacances, gravées dans nos mémoires — nous avons déjà hâte de revenir profiter en famille du Sofitel Krabi.
