BEL HÔTEL DE STYLE COLONIAL DISPOSANT D'UNE PISCINE IMPRESSIONNANTE PAR SES DIMENSIONS

Bonjour ‘AB’, Sawasdee Kha Thank you for taking the time to share your experience following your recent stay with us. We are delighted to know that you appreciated our beautiful colonial-style architecture and our gigantic pool. It is always rewarding to receive positive feedback about the overall atmosphere and design of our resort. In relation to our location, we are purposely located away from the busy tourist towns as we are a holiday resort. We do however provide a shuttle bus twice daily to Ao Nang for our guests to explore the tourist precinct and to see the other side of Krabi. Maybe this option was not explained by our team – we are very sorry if this is the case. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future. Honnêtement nous avons été déçus car nous pensions trouvé un hôtel exclusif dans un très beau cadre. L’acceuil (il est vrai tardif) était moyen, bien inférieur à ceux que nous avions eu dans d’autres hôtels en Thaïlande. Nous avons trouvé une ambiance proche du club med, la vue de notre chambre donnée sur une aire de jeu d’enfants multicolore, les petits déjeuners (surtout le premier jour) était chaotique. Le déjeuner au bar resto de la piscine était déplorable (nous avions choisi des plats Thaï). Enfin les animations à la piscine à midi ou l’après midi très bruyante…. Nous obligeant à quitter les lieux pour nous enfermer. Par contre la chambre était très belle et de bonne facture. Le repas au restaurant Maya était bon mais la vue dans le noir pas un arbre éclairé

Hôtel qui ne correspond pas à 5 étoiles. Le lit était inconfortable au possible avec un dessous de lit en bois. La douche même un 3 étoiles propose mieux. Le ménage pouvait être fait seulement à 16h et laissé à désirer dans les coins de la chambre. De plus le service n’est pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, le personnel n’est même pas agréable, ne fait aucun effort en anglais pour qu’on puisse les comprendre. La nourriture est digne de la cantine scolaire. Je suis très déçue de ce voyage dans cet hôtel qui nous aura coûté excessivement cher. La plage est une décharge. Bref nous ne reviendrons jamais et nous vous conseillons de fuir ce lieu.

We were surprised and concerned to read about the issues you faced with housekeeping, bedding, and service. The genuine friendliness and attentiveness of our ambassadors is normally one of the most appreciated aspects of our hotel, and your comments have been shared with the department heads to ensure improvements are made. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the English skills of some of our employees. As English is not a primary language in Thailand and most of our ambassadors are hired from local villages with limited English. To address this, we have invested in an online program where many of our staff are gradually rotated to improve their language skills. We are sorry if this caused any communication challenges during your stay. Regarding the beach, it is normally cleaned by our sports team every day. While umbrellas cannot be set up due to the government regulations, sunbeds and the natural shade from trees make the beach enjoyable, and it remains one of Krabi’s most beautiful sunset spots. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your feedback, which helps us continuously enhance the guest experience.
