The pillows and overall it was comfortable experience ,front desk staff Barkha was great and very helpful, thankyou for a pleasant stay food was great . Chef Sakshi was also very helpful in breakfast. Thankyou Novotel for hosting us with love.

The staff is extremely confused , disorganised . Only trainees seem to be running around . The food I would not even rate a 3 on 10
