The reservation was simple to arrange, and the staff was exceedingly helpful in addressing our unique needs. Prompt and efficient service, without feeling rushed. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to answer our questions with a warm and lovely smile to be specially mentioning from Room Service Maithon. The experience was satisfying from start to finish, a truly memorable .and highly recommended 👌

This was my second stay at Novotel, Hyderabad Convention Centre, and just like before, I was not disappointed. The experience was seamless from check-in to checkout, with the staff displaying utmost courtesy and kindness. I was happy to receive an upgrade, and my request for a late checkout was accommodated without any hassle. Despite being primarily a business hotel, the hotel maintains a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. I truly appreciate the thoughtful touches for children, such as the play area in the garden, the swimming pool, and the engaging play activities on Sundays. These little details made the stay enjoyable for my family. The breakfast spread was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. A special mention to Anil from the housekeeping team for his prompt assistance, and to Naina and Koyeli from guest relations, who were proactive in ensuring a smooth experience. Their thoughtful gesture of arranging a celebration for my daughter's birthday made our stay even more memorable. Overall, Novotel HCC continues to impress me with its excellent hospitality, attentive service, and family-friendly charm. I look forward to returning again.

We celebrated our kid’s birthday here, and it was an amazing experience. The stay was incredibly comfortable, with a variety of food options available for both breakfast and dinner. The kids had a blast in the pool! The kids’ pool (2ft) and the main pool (4ft) were both safe and perfect for them. A special thanks to Koyeli, Muskan, and Prashant for organizing a wonderful birthday celebration. We’re already looking forward to our next visit in July!
