Should have booked another night

Booked a double room for myself and my daughter, as we were going to a gig at Motorpoint Arena. We parked at Lace Market Car Park which is directly opposite the Ibis. We were able to check in early for an additional £20. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, we were allocated a top floor room which was clean and had everything we needed for a short stay. The location of the hotel was fabulous and when I lost my car parking ticket, the cleaning lady (Linda I think) was really lovely. Couldn't fault our hotel, yes it was basic, but it was ideal for our needs. Would definitely recommend, we loved the gig and loved our stay in Nottingham. It was a perfect weekend - thank you

Worst hotel period booked a twin room got given a double room then the staff refused to help Bathroom was disgusting had stains everywhere tv didn't work room stunk the aircon/heater would not work bit of a rip off for the price paid will never be staying here again would not recommend

Came for James Arthur to Nottingham and got to the hotel. We arrived through check in quickly but then we got in the lift. Our lift door opened and she was very rude about why the doors wouldn’t shut again bear in mind we’d just arrived. We got into our room. It was like a prison room. Bathroom light didn’t work and when turned on just crackled at us and flickered and went off. Room was tiny with a desk which I sat on nearly fell off the wall. Sat on the bed and had a bug on my leg. We lasted 10 mins before we looked at another hotel. We then booked leonardo hotel which was miles ahead in terms of staff not being rude, room being clean.

Great night's sleep!

Great one night stay. Bed so comfy that I slept all night (a rarity for me even at home!). Bathroom a good size. Room quiet. Reduced parking offered close by. We attend a cheer comp at the motorpoint arena which was approx 5 minutes walk away so ideally located. Will definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay, great location, nice bar in reception, room was nice and clean, only 2 pillows on the bed but the option of 2 more packed in a sealed bag, very clean, helpful friendly staff, would defiantly use again if in Nottingham.
