the staff was not so friendly . We came at 6 p.m. and found that our room is not cleaned we inform the reception and they called to clean it and took more than 1 hour to finish it and we stayed at the lobby until they finish it and didn't apologize about late cleaning and just say it will happen .

Everything was excellent, nice and clean room, beautiful view from window to the sea, good breakfast, pleasure staffs, the hotel is far from city and airport but the taxi service is very fast. I offer this hotel.

good afternoon. As an Accor employee, I had the privilege of being at your hotel, from October 30 to 31, 2021, and from November 22 to 23 of the same year. I am pleased to tell you that the hotel, like its employees deserve my respect, very good service at the Reception, bar, room service, room cleaning, as well as the restaurant and breakfast. The only drawback I had was with the taxi service, who wanted much more money, just for having used a route that I did not ask for, I recommend that they only use taxi drivers who speak English or another language. It was not bad stay and it’s not the first time, I had small issue with the check in but it’s resolved when I met with the front desk manager. However, the hotel need to be careful with their stuff and need to be more friendly.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 weeks. The man in the reception known as Sameat did a great job supporting me during the stay. Surroundings are always kept clean and the room service is very fast and attentive.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel kitchen makes very delicious food. Good view of the seafront from the window. Well located to easily reach main attractions of the city. Will definitely stay again.

It was not my first time to stay in Novotel Istanbul Zeytinburnu. I love this hotel and I am feeling very welcome every time. Clean, comfortable, absolutely great service and managment, nice restaurant, pool access, everything is perfect. I feel it like a home. And I will stay there again!

We have been quite satisfactory with the services provided. Smiling faces at the reception, hospitality was perfect. we felt as if we had been staying at this hotel every day. Long awaited renovation

Becoming a nice "new look" Novotel, after the ground floor upheaval, they have started to upgrade the rooms and are doing a decent job of it with a much fresher look but forgot to clean up the plaster in the bathroom. The breakfast is still excellent and the access still a problem, there is lots of competition in the area and after Ataturk airport closes business will become terribly difficult so a place to watch, the weakest may disappear. For that night the rate was much higher than usual although the place was far from crowded hence the lower quality/price ratio.

The best Novotel I have stayed at. I am a regular user of Novotel in Europe. Novotel Zeytinburnu is so far the best.

The best Novotel I have stayed at. Staff are very friendly and polite especially Emine. I have to say other Novotels in Europe have not been to the same standard. And make sure you have their breakfast: it is five star.

not in the center but 30' from airport. you can find basic services at good price. good wellness club with sauna and gym. good room (pity for moquette on the floor not too much clean) good breakfast also if really expensive camprized with room cost

Everything was fine, except the room amenities - we didn't have shampoo and dush gel after the first day, we have only one glass for coffee, water. The other - Restaurant, check-in, service, was perfect! Thanks for everybody, we feel very welcome every time.

Very Very uncomfortable

I have never been so uncomfortable among friends. This hotel and the group are some of my best hotel friends around the world. Unfortunately, this hotel continues to fail me woefully. This time, the discomfort was unbearable as THEY DO NOT HAVE A FUNCTIONING AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM. I could not sleep in the Istanbul night heat of early October and I was "compensated" the hotel, opening the windows. The midnight car traffic from the very scenic and road over looking the Marmara sea, was equally killing. I planned to stay for two nights, but I couldn't else I would have suffocated in the heat. I didn't even care if I was going to get a refund for the one night I had paid for, but I was told by the hotel they would refund this. HORRIBLE experience and this was not the first time at this hotel.

Hotel was very poor in service neither in the booking the names was different without mentioning the area patch it wasn't change and it was dirty many times we have to call for room service to clean the room bathroom things was not kept in the bathroom even when we request the staff was very rude no help was giving need a cooperation

I have stayed in this hotel 10 times this year and the service has been consistent and reliable. The hotel is quiet and well positioned between the airport (Ataturk) and the IDO ferry terminal and on to Istantbul centre. I can't think why I would want to stay anywhere else on my trips.
