First of all, the location is very nice, the food is also cheap and delicious. The rooms are spacious, the view is panoramic ... However, what I especially want to mention is the interest and smiling faces of the staff. Firat, who worked at the reception, was amazing.

İt was a great holiday with a limited budget, these guys make you feel at home with their hospitality,istanbul has an Unbelievable atmosphere, great history and kitty Cats are everywhere .(Special thanks for the young reception clerk FIRAT he is very friendly and a professional, he followed every step from check-in to check out)

We absolutely loved our time at Novotel for 16 nights. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly staff. Throughout our time at Novotel all staff were so helpful. We had breakfast included which was brilliant with so much variety to choose from. Our cleaner for our duration was a credit to your team and it was lovely to be greeted from her everyday. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities, my partner making use of the gym, sauna and the massages and myself loving the sun loungers by the pool. Novotel is out with the tourist part of Istanbul which we enjoyed and found peaceful. The staff directed us for correct charges with local transport to visit Fatih for some shopping and a local shopping mall. A big thank you from my partner and I to all the team. We will definitely be back.

The stay was great, amazing team. Would like to thank the front desk team and F&B team & HK team especially Ms. Atiye, the service was amazing, everyone is helpful and flexible. Definitely recommended. Got a nice room with nice view facing the sea.
