Dear Kenji K., Greetings from Mercure Hotel Istanbul Bakirkoy. We read your review about to payment issue and we are very disappointed. Let me explain what we are doing about the payment for Accor Member. Mercure Hotel Istanbul Bakirkoy not take an online payment from the Accor Members on the beginning of the reservations. Because we do not boring to the ACCOR MEMBERS about the payment. That is why we did not deduct any payment from your credit card, if you check your bank account I guess everything gonna clear from your side too. Beside this please check one more time your bank account and if everything OK please change your review to accommodation satisfaction anytime of your available.
