Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Well appointed room. I marked it down because my room looked at a wall - last time it looked at the Port Hills - it would be good to be able to select the side of the building when booking. Also I find it weird when a room with 2 beds is cheaper than the room with one bed as i would have thought the housekeeping requirements would be greater.

the room was dated, small and very expensive for what was offered. the service staff were excellent I wouldn't choose this hotel again due to the rooms
