Dear Kirsty, First of all, I would like to thank you for taking the time to comment on your stay in our establishment and I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced, as the door problem was caused by your neighbour locking the partition door. As for the dirty or stained pillow, I am totally sorry, it is inadmissible, you should have informed us immediately, we would have changed it for you. I apologise once again!
