A perfect base to explore the Hunter Valley

Beautiful stay in the 3 bed apartment overlooking the golf course. A perfect base for a friends get-together. Accommodation was spotless, beds were comfortable, and space was perfect for entertaining. Kitchen was well equipped (although a bigger dishwasher would have been better!)

The Grand Mercure in the Hunter Valley may be my new favourite place to stay - definitely book early but it's worth it. The property has everything you need and probably the only place in the Hunter that has a place to eat & continue the drinks that you can WALK too. Plenty of space too!

Our stay at the Grand Mercure at the Vintage was absolutely perfect. I can’t rate them highly enough. Beautiful accomodation, the grounds are stunning and the onsite restaurant/bar and pool facilities are fantastic. The hotel is centrally located amongst vineyards and restaurants. The staff were welcoming and we felt well looked after. Will most certainly be back.

We spent a week staying in aone of the 2 bedroom apartments. Apartment was modern and well presented and each bedroom had its own bathroon with a toilet and a full bath. A washing machine and a full kitchen including a full sized fridge were in the apartment. The apartment is located upstairs with large baconies at both the front and rear. We did not use the pool as we didnt find the weather hot enough buit it did look inviting. A few minutes away there is the newly constructed pub called Nineteenth with great happy hours aand great meal specials. So convenient and no driving required. There is also Chateau Elam close walk which also has a restaurant and bar. The area is surrounded by great wineries and only a small drive away with Bimbadgen being virtually next door. Huntlee is the closest shopping centrewith a large Coles which is a short drive away and the new Huntlee Tavern. We loved this property.

O hotel é um clube de férias. Os apartamentos são enormes, confortáveis, rodeado por área verde, visitada por cangurus à noite. Essa peculiaridade, inclusive, acaba atraindo turistas que vão ao hotel apenas para ver os cangurus beeeem de perto. Nas dependências do hotel/ clube tem bares com ampla variedade de vinhos e uísque. A internet não funciona muito bem, nem a WIFI, nem a do celular, mas o vinho na lareira é capaz de fazer você esquecer desse pequeno inconveniente!
