its quite and good. liked the dinner and service at the bar. have a good night and the breakfast was very nice. the location is good due is nearest the airport, but a little far from the touristic areas and restaurants. there are not so many taxis service during the morning. Check in and check out was very quickly

Every time I stay in this hotel I feel very welcomed by the staff and I would recommend the management to guide the cleaning staff of the rooms make sure the bedding is clean and / or contains no stain for the next guest as this time I found the sheet with wine stain

The room was comfortable and the staff was great. However, at check-in I was asked if I preferred a room on an upper or lower floor level to which I answered that the only think I wanted was a quiet, silent room. The next day I woke up to the sounds of a construction and was informed that there was a room being renovated in the end of the hall. So much for asking for a silent room!!!

Unfortunately I had problems with air conditioning which was not working. As I only stayed one night I did not bother to change rooms, because when I realized this problem it was already one o'clock in the morning. My suggestion is that the hotel make an urgent preventive maintenance.

Only two persons working, they tried they best, but I had to wait a lot to check in and check out. Express check was simply not availible, in spite of what the website says. The room was dirty and the towel was smeely (oh man, that was disgusting). Region is really dangerous tonight. I mean you cannot leave the hotel at night in any circunstance.

The service and the people were very nice and extremely accommodating. The food was excellent. It's the location that is below par. Very sketchy neighborhood with lots and lots of homeless people right next door. It's not near anything, not that you would feel safe walking anywhere in the neighborhood.

Great place nice rooms. Near Santos Dumont Airport. I was going to a concert in Vivo Rio that is very nearby. Check in and check out quickly and easy with a very friendly team. 24hs front desk and parking facilities

Please see the bathroom sink at the room i have used.....it is very dirty at the top inside it is black !! The reception , continental coffe was OK , TV is very poor with bad image and just few channels.

Very good. The hotel is in good localization. Near of the airport Santos Dumont. Near the train VLT. I very liked of the hotel. It is near downtown. Near the good museum and restaurant and hospital. It has a good breakfast.

The hotel has a very good struture, staff and restaurant service. The trainning of staff is excellent, and they are very cordially. The taxi services are pontual and they are much cordial and very educated.

Kahvaltı dahil olmadan gereksiz pahalı. Rio De Janerio'da neredeyse tüm otellerde kahvaltı dahil ve daha uygun fiyatlı. Oda manzarası hiç yok. Arkadaki pis bir sokağa bakıyor. Tüm gün perdeler kapalı oturmak zorundasınız ama buna rağmen çok yüksek bir fiyat talep edilmektedir. Odanın diğer otellere göre hiç bir artısı yoktu. Ayrıca minicik 1 adet sabun koymuşlar ve duşta kullanmak için 1 adet minicik duş jeli koymuşlar. ellerimi yıkamak için ve duşta yıkanmak için sabun ve minicik duş jeli zor yetti. Otelin bu kadar sıkıntıda olduğunu bilseydim Türkiyeden 5-10 lt lik palmolive in 1 lt lik en güzel duş jelini hediye ederdim ve sanırım otelin 1 gecelik tüm odalarının kullanımı için yeterli olurdu o 1 lt lik , 5-10 TL lik duş jeli

There is nothing I can complain about this Hotel. I decided tho stay one less day than I have booked, and they give me back the difference fairly. I would not stay there again If i travel to Rio again for enjoying. But if you are going to Rio for business, this is a very good place because it is 2 minutes from the Santos Dumont Airport.

In the heart of Rio's downtown, just a few minutes by foot to Candelaria Church, Cinelandia, Theatro Municipal and other incredibles "must see" da Cidade Maravilhosa. 10 minutes away by car you can reach "Museum of Tomorrow", one of the most impressive architectural buildings in the worlds.

Ibis Santos Dumont has a fair price for confortable suite. Location is ok to business travel, but I do not recomend to vacation travel because at night there are some homeless closed. A great vantage is being very near to Santos Dumont Airport (SDU).

Our stay on IBIS was very good, some amenities on room needs some repair but everything was working. The restaurant has good food options and the breakfast is very good too. If you want a good service with just price choose IBIS.
