房间非常老旧，双人床都不懂用了几年了，明显两人一起睡，床中間突起来，厕所洗澡后满地都是水，简单的说设备太老旧了。

卫生间太陈旧了、面盆太小，洗脸洗手很容易把水溅到外面，同时淋浴间喷头水量太小了。

居住体验很差 没有拖鞋没有牙刷 前台处理问题很慢 私自跟换我们的房间

Kia Ora Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and that your stay did not meet expectations. Please allow us to clarify that due to an unforeseen maintenance issue, it was necessary to move you to an alternative room. The available option at the time was a room with one king bed rather than two double beds. To accommodate your needs, a rollaway bed was provided at no additional cost, and breakfast was also offered as a gesture of goodwill. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly or if the room move caused any inconvenience. We also regret the delay you experienced with the front desk. Please note that toothbrushes and slippers are available upon request as part of our sustainability approach. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
