Thank you for taking the time to share such an enthusiastic review. It’s wonderful to hear that your visit to our bar became a highlight of your time in Queenstown. We’re pleased to know you enjoyed the cocktails (The Apple Bourbon is also my favorite) and that the braised lamb stood out as a memorable dish. We also appreciate your comments about the team. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly in comparison to your experience at Sofitel. While both hotels are part of the Accor family, they do operate at different brand levels, with Sofitel offering a luxury experience with a wider range of premium inclusions. At Novotel, we focus on comfort in a relaxed family friendly environment, and some amenities and services differ as a result. We appreciate you mentioning the room setup and amenities. Nespresso machines are available in some of our higher category rooms, and we apologise if this was not clear at the time of booking. Your comments regarding the check out card timing are also noted. Being locked out before returning to your room would have been frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We will review the timing on our key system to ensure this is handled more smoothly. It is helpful to know how your stay compared to others you have experienced, and your feedback will be shared with the team as we continue to work on improvements across our rooms and overall guest experience.
