管理混乱，第一个前台人员说我可以晚一个小时退房，在房间的时候突然又接到电话，另一个前台人员打电话说你必须现在下来退房，很莫名其妙，态度很差

步行一分钟就到湖边，餐厅不错。 停车位紧张，50刀的代客停车空位有限

Thank you for your excellent review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed our location, just a short walk to the lake and nearby restaurants. Being in the heart of Queenstown makes exploring so easy. We appreciate your comments regarding parking. As we are centrally located, onsite parking is limited and spaces are tight. We offer valet parking for hotel guests at a rate of $50.00 per night, subject to availability, and there is also street parking available in the surrounding area. Thank you again for your feedback. 住的湖畔房间，景色非常好，早餐也比较丰盛

就在湖边，去蒸汽船码头步行5分钟，走去登山缆车站也就十分钟多一些，停车方便，但是收费。旁边很多餐厅，中餐厅也有3-4间，可以吃火锅或峡湾龙虾。酒店早餐品种多，可以从餐厅望见湖，特别漂亮。

我觉得酒店综合来看挺不错的，地理位置确实非常优越，这也是最大的优点，在皇后镇镇中心等于是基本所有景点都是可以步行到达，所以没有停车的顾虑。但是房间整体没有那么大，相对比较局促，房间价格不算便宜，但是从房间内部来说是中规中矩。如果分配到对着中央花园的房间景色可能会更好一点，但很遗憾我们是边套
