The available option at the time was a room with one king bed rather than two double beds. To accommodate your needs, a rollaway bed was provided at no additional cost, and breakfast was also offered as a gesture of goodwill. We apologise if this was not communicated clearly or if the room move caused any inconvenience. We also regret the delay you experienced with the front desk. 管理混乱，第一个前台人员说我可以晚一个小时退房，在房间的时候突然又接到电话，另一个前台人员打电话说你必须现在下来退房，很莫名其妙，态度很差

Thank you for your excellent review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed our location, just a short walk to the lake and nearby restaurants. Being in the heart of Queenstown makes exploring so easy. We appreciate your comments regarding parking. As we are centrally located, onsite parking is limited and spaces are tight. We offer valet parking for hotel guests at a rate of $50.00 per night, subject to availability, and there is also street parking available in the surrounding area. Thank you again for your feedback. 就在湖边，去蒸汽船码头步行5分钟，走去登山缆车站也就十分钟多一些，停车方便，但是收费。旁边很多餐厅，中餐厅也有3-4间，可以吃火锅或峡湾龙虾。酒店早餐品种多，可以从餐厅望见湖，特别漂亮。

我觉得酒店综合来看挺不错的，地理位置确实非常优越，这也是最大的优点，在皇后镇镇中心等于是基本所有景点都是可以步行到达，所以没有停车的顾虑。但是房间整体没有那么大，相对比较局促，房间价格不算便宜，但是从房间内部来说是中规中矩。如果分配到对着中央花园的房间景色可能会更好一点，但很遗憾我们是边套

极个别欧裔员工态度欠佳，整体酒店老旧，达不到4星标准，我们一家大小4位，如果是说没法early check in， 态度尽量缓和一点，不是亚裔都喜欢占便宜，我们对你们的期望也没有很高，就是睡个觉而已，可惜sofital一个房间没法2大2小，不然首选还是sofital， 作为金卡会员，没有任何欢迎，连欢迎饮料都是另一位男同事看我们在大堂呆的很疲惫才给我们2张饮料券做补偿，同时还承诺行李送至房间，感谢那位印度裔男员工。还有就是check out那天早餐是不包含的，这让我非常诧异，新规定吗？我定的房间是包含早餐的， anyway，要而外付钱也无所谓了，高潮部分来了，check out时间是11点，我们吃完早饭是10点30准备回房间收拾行李走人，谁知道门卡竟然回不了房间了，问了Housekeeping Team 让他们开房间门，他们不让，让我去前台问问，去了前台说明情况，他们又把我钥匙激活了，我们才得以回房间拿行李check out，请问我们是那么想滞留在你们房间么？ 一直以来我只住雅高集团的5星，索菲特 费尔蒙和 莱佛士都是我的首选，我认为酒店也是旅行之中很重要的一部分，直接关系到整体的体验，不得不说这次是真的让我很不满，一分钱一分货，我不要求多，至少大家都体面一点。

这次总共订了三晚的住宿，因航空公司天气的原因，航班迫降到新西兰的其他城市。我们第一时间跟酒店沟通修改订单，但是酒店不愿意，非常没有人性化。同时在入住登记时，当班经理谎称没有高楼层，把我们安排在地面的楼层，后面经过交涉才安排在之前已预定的顶楼。房间打扫也非常匆忙，我们早上出门的时候挂牌要求打扫，下午回来的时候还没打扫，后来在我们休息的时候来敲门要求打扫，我们只好离开房间，非常的令人不舒服。甚至在用早餐的时候，要求我们已经准备要入座的餐桌让给西人，明显感觉带有种族歧视。我们在以后出行的时候将会考虑是否再入住这种酒店。

前台白男只服务白人游客，有歧视亚洲裔的嫌疑，特地留一个不熟悉业务的印度裔，关键还信口开河乱给信息，因为我们的代泊车要check out后下午5点才拿，他说晚几小时没问题，实际是2点前必须开走，搞得我们check out之后行程都被打乱。housekeeping一早9点就拿打扫卫生的推车砸门，门口即使放着请勿打扰的牌子也没用，要砸个5-10分钟，体验度很不好。楼上晚上11点还在跳一直咚咚咚，隔壁说话声都能听到，隔音很差。这个价位这个星级的酒店与实际体验度不能匹配！
