The hotel was chosen from its proximity to the Airport. It is a few kilometres away. Room was comfortable , if compact. Restaurant and bar on site to supplement those nearby. Appreciated the free taxi back to the Airport in the morning.

I stayed only for a night. I came in late for check in and i left early. I used their free airport shuttle. Staff was very nice. The bar was open in the restaurant loby. The room was very clean. I loved the shampoo and body wash. Usually i don't pay attention on that, but this time i did. Highly recommended hotel to stay in !

we have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and the professionalism has slowly gone. there was a lack of interaction at reception with staff more interested in personal interaction. the breakfast area was unattended and many items not replaced. the hotel remains clean and the rooms still comfortable. overall very disappointed

Staff were friendly and helpful. A typical IBIS hotel – small room and bathroom. Our room looked at the yard of the hotel. We were unable to connect to the Internet after we checked in just before midnight. We were asked to keep or trying and we got connected after 15 minutes. I liked the blind for sunlight as it made the room dark. The pickup service from Basel Airport was quick & efficient. The breakfast was EUR12 each. It’s continental breakfast and there’s not much of a choice for food. The hotel ordered a taxi for us - it took 15 mins to the Basel SBB train station which costed EUR25. It’s in a convenient location and good for staying overnight.

Stayed here to be near the airport. Very reasonable price. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel restaurant offered a great hamburger and fries. Nothing fancy but all necessities are there. Would definitely stay here again.
