voor ons is een IBIS altijd een fijn hotel om de reis naar Italie in tweeen te knippen. IBIS Como ligt prima en de prijs/kwaliteit is goed in orde. Daarnaast staat de auto relatief veilig op een afgesloten parkeerplaats en is het personeel altijd erg vriendelijk

Leek ons de ideale stop voor onze doorreis (die we vaak doen), maar hier werden we niet vrolijk van. Qua ligging was het wel een beetje verder van de afrit van de autostrade dan verwacht... Onthaalbediende deed wat ze moest doen en meer niet. Slofte rond. Gaf weinig info. Het avondeten was vreselijk. Fijn dat er eerlijk bijstond dat het diepvriesproducten zijn (al was het heel klein vermeld), maar de kwaliteit was echt zeer laag. Ook geen muziek of wat dan ook. Dat kon dan wel weer bij het ontbijt, dat overigens ook maar zeer beperkt was. Kortom: veel te duur voor wat het was!

Hotel is prima, restaurant eenvoudig maar redelijk. Maar ondanks de airconditioning was het erg warm in de kamer.

Wij hadden een prima overnachting. Het bed was oké. Het ontbijt was echt perfect, veel keus. Helaas was er geen restaurant, maar het hulpvaardige personeel wees ons op een prima restaurant op 3 minuten lopen.

Telkens als we naar Umbria reizen maken we gebruik van dit hotel, Het is makkelijk te bereiken vanaf de autoweg die we de volgende morgen weer op moeten. Personeel is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Dit Ibis-hotel ligt op een goede locatie als je op doorreis bent. Maar er mankeert wel het een en ander aan. Zo viel het gordijn in onze premium kamer vanzelf naar beneden. De WC bleef continu zachtjes doorspoelen. inchecken duurde lang. Kennelijk een stageair aan het werk want hij moest telkens een collega te hulp roepen. Ook kregen wij het welkomstdrankje dat bij de Silver status hoort niet. Het is mogelijk om inclusief ontbijt en diner te boeken. Het 2 gangen diner kost dan 28 euro pp. Echter, als je dezelfde gerechten a-la-card in het hotel bestelt ben je goedkoper uit. Als je lid bent van Accor All is er op verschillende gerechten ook een korting. Het drankje geldt alleen voor water en/of alcoholvrije dranken. Een glas wijn moet je hier apart betalen. Als dat in het pakket van 28 euro had gezeten waren we ook ongeveer 28 euro kwijt geweest. Dan het ontbijt. Kennelijk was er een groep sporters voor ons aan het ontbijt geweest. Die hadden bijna alles opgemaakt. En er werd bijna niets aangevuld. Dus het werd ontbijten met een de laatste paar getoaste boterhammen en een beetje kaas en jam Wat staat er tegenover. De medewerker die bij het diner bediende was erg vriendelijk en ook snel. Alleen dus jammer van de prijzen.
