Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback and for rating your overall experience 70/100. We truly appreciate the time you took to describe your stay. First of all, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issue you encountered. Finding food remnants under the armchair cushions is certainly not in line with our standards, and we will immediately reinforce our housekeeping checks to prevent this from happening again. Regarding the room size, as an airport hotel close to Milan Malpensa Airport, our rooms are designed to offer comfort and functionality for short stays. We are pleased to read that you found the bathroom well equipped and practical. Concerning the minibar, in line with our brand standards, it is not stocked but available upon request. The safe operates with a card system for security reasons, and during the winter season the air conditioning system is centrally set to heating mode. However, as you mentioned, the tilt-and-turn window can be opened for fresh air. With regard to the airport shuttle, the service operates at scheduled times with a reduced fee of €5 per person during peak hours, while outside those hours a dedicated private transfer is available at €25. Breakfast is offered at €15 per person and includes a full buffet selection. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide you with an even better experience. Kind regards. Regarding the pool, the closure was due to an unexpected maintenance issue — even we were caught off guard.
