we booked a suite for our stay . The first suite was excellent in general ( room 701). on the second day suddenly the keys were not working and we have been informed by the front disk that the room is under maintenance and we have to change the room. We went to room 1601 it have many issues , the water is coming out from the shower cabinet, the toilets were not equipped with shampoo , shower gel and hand soap and no slipper were provided even when we asked the housekeeper. then we went to the front disk and asked to change the room . we transferred to room 1501, it was much better than the previous one but still have some issues . also the water was coming out from the shower cabinet and the AC had a noisy sound. for the pros: the hotel was near to a metro station Gloris and near to a bus stop there is a shopping mall just few munities walk with many different brands and many restaurants the breakfast buffet was very good maybe will consider it again for short stay trip

Nice hotel. All the staff were accomodating specially the ladies on the front desk we stay for 2night then we went back cause got conflict with our flight and the ladie on the front named "andrea" was veryfull to use to check in again for 1 more night. And my husband really like the breakfast have a lots to offer and choose. And the housekeeper who clean and prepare our room.. We would like to say thank you.. From room 1816 mrs.mastrlez

The best staff surely in Barcelona always lovely and helpful Roger and Ferran in the restaurant and the bar staff at roof top bar with unequal city views I will always stay here when in town. Everyone is does there best to make sure the guests are truly looked after

Visited and stayed 5 nights with 2 children. Pool is seasonal however it doesn’t state this next to the pool sign on their website it’s specified elsewhere under a drop down you would not look at when booking a year in advance. Why not just put the months it’s available next to the pool sign? Made for very disappointed children. They offered the adults use of the haman sauna so booked this to turn up and find it was broken but they didn’t bother letting us know. Again disappointed and staff were not apologetic or even interested. Visited roof top bar but every piece of metal you touched gave us electric shocks so we had to leave. Another couple in the lift were leaving for the same reason. Tea and coffee facilities poor, never refreshed you have to ask for them and you get one cardboard disposable cup each so can only use this once. Purchased a ceramic cup from supermarket to have drinks in and the cleaner took them without permission and we had to complain to reception. Poor customer service - none or the staff were really interested in any issue you have other than collecting the tourist tax. Room key keeps breaking so your constantly at reception. Awful pillows. Only leave 3 towels for 4 people on a couple of days. Very sharp drainer in bath that must have been broken as cover wasn’t on so extremely painful when stepped on when using the shower. As soon as you turn the shower off the large shower head falls off and hits you. Not impressed with this hotel and would not recommend

Nice views. We got upgraded with thanks. The two gentlemen at reception are awesome. They were helpful and went out of their way to make us happy. The other three females are extremely rude. This is such a disappointment as I’m a big supporter of women’s rights at work. I have been to other Novotel like in Nice France where women are just awesome. We got two rooms. For a family of five. Booked with Accor app for a great deal.
