It was a great stay! The hotel has an excellent location. Getting to know the city and its attractions is so easy. The hotel staff is pleasant and willing to help. Sleep is undisturbed and the breakfast was suoer, with a great selection of dishes. I highly recommend the hotel.

Enjoyed the business stay at a quiet area located for multiple purposes. Comfortable and quiet room with good climate. Great service at the reception and good variety of food and beverage choices at breakfast. Can recommend- also for pleasure stay.

booking reference 102-17109522 Very convenient location for seeing beautiful Barcelona. Hotel info says 10Klms from nearest rail station - should say 1Klm - 6 to 10 min. easy walk. Special shout out to reception Team member IVAN - we only speak English; Ivan was so very helpful when sorting out our transfer dilemmas with an outside, unassociated, far less than efficient transfer operator. We are very grateful for Ivan's help - he is the perfect host to have in the hotels reception area.

Inhuman behaviour by receptionist RENATA in Hotel Barcelone City!!!!!

The hotel had extremely bad service in Reception. I was staying there for 4 nights with my very young children and my husband was admitted in hospital because of heart atrack. Knowing all these the hotel forced me to change room and receptionist named RENATA asked the security to NOT help me with the luggauges when I was alone struggling with a lot of luggauge and was about to fall down. RENATA refused any help and said no one is available to help when there were lot of stuff aound. ITS THE HEIGHT OF INHUMAN behaviour I have ever faced in a hotel by a receptionist. Over all the receprionist stuff are horrible there......please do not go to hotel NOVOTEL Barcelona City !!!!!!!...service and behaviour is worstttt

Great hotel and location. We had a Jr Suite and the room was spacious and well maintained. Food was excellent. Service by Mohamed (greeter) and Emerson (restaurant) was superb. Would highly recommend this hotel. Will certainly stay here on my next stay in Barcelona.
