We have put a 3 star due to being charged twice for the room, airport transfer booking incorrect for return & because of a few housekeeping issues. There was inconsistency of service e.g. one pair of slippers for two, no robes, drinks tray not consistently stocked. Plus side was great breakfast box, comfy beds & pleasant staff. Location was perfect!

Christina welcomed us wrh the best smilüng face a wonderful Turkish! She is excellent in welcoming us and helped us a lot with everything! Highly recommended hotel!

Great location within 5 minutes walk of Old Town. Quiet and laid back atmosphere. We had an Executive Room on the 10th floor which had great views towards the Old Town and Parliament Building. Comfortable bed and our daughter was on the sofa bed and she did not complain about sleep quality. Free mini bar which was restocked daily, which was very generous. Only downside was limited hanging space, and had to keep some clothing in suitcase below bed. Excellent breakfast, plenty of tables and well spaced out. Bar was pleasant and we ate in the restaurant and good food and pleasant dining experience.

Disappointed in the Spa !!

The hotel was in a good location and the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on it. I chose this hotel for the location and Spa. I hated the spa. The pool was very cold and uninviting. There was no jacuzzi so when we went we just turned round and left. Also it was my special birthday and my daughter asked for something special for me which they agreed to but then did not do anything. My daughter was upset and complained and then Christine came up with a surprise. Christine was lovely. Would not stay again

Staying at Novotel Bucharest City Centre was a great experience. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from the Old Town, and public transport is also available. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. The wi-fi is good and the pool area is nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The soundproofing of the room was not good, so I got some noise at night. Maintenance also needs some improvement.
