Steak house was great

I booked here fairly late on booking.com and had a great dinner in the steak house and George who looked after me was brilliant. Very tasty steaks. Booking.com price was very flaky and was confused over breakfast pricing. Even though I showed I was paying more than the room only I ended up without breakfast included. The customer experience manager did not give me a good customer experience.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff were consistently kind, welcoming, and professional. The reception team deserves special mention: they were very helpful with every issue or request we had, and handled everything quickly and thoughtfully. Each day, the hotel also made sure we had coffee, tea, and water replenished, and housekeeping was reliable and thorough. As a Diamond member, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room, very comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed. It worked perfectly for our family, and also for me personally: the workspace setup was excellent for working on my laptop and taking Zoom meetings. Breakfast was a highlight, excellent quality and a great variety of food, with options for everyone. What impressed us most was how attentive the restaurant staff were: they remembered our preferences and took great care of our kids’ preferences as well. The only small downside was one staff member in the restaurant (a blonde woman) who seemed a bit less patient with children compared to the rest of the team. Aside from that, the service was outstanding.

Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center This is the third time i have stay in Pullman. It is a very confortable. hotel with a great bar and great foods. Felicia (bar) Ramona ( Restaurant en Roxana ( Restaurant ) and the cleaner has amezing customer service. They all are very nice person ro talk with. They was always there if you needed him. Big shopping mall easy to reach by taxi or public transport Ofcourse i wil like to come back to this hotel Harold from the Netherlands
