Personal muy amable y atento. El único comentario negativo es sobre el mobiliario de la habitación : escaso armario, no hay lugar donde dejar ocultas las maletas, falta quizá otra butaca y en el baño, sin puerta, la ducha invade en exceso la habitación.

Es un gran hotel.Estamuybien ubicado,para ver tanto la parte nueva como la parte vieja de la ciudad. Tiene el personal muy cualifivado,estan preperados para solucionar cualquer tipo de incidencia. Nosha gustado el diseñodel hotel, el estilo del desayuno, la forma de tratoa los huespedes. Limpiezaimpecable. Servisio de habitaciones muy rapido. En el desayuno nos aconsejo y nos oriento muybien la encargada Alejandra, una gran profesional,sabe la composicion de cada plato lo que nos ayudo a elegircomida adecuada para nuestros niños. En la recepcion personal muycualificado,sobre todoel queestabapor la tarde el dia 5 de agosto. GRACIAS AL HOTEL Y AL PERSONAL.
