High hospitality standards, marvelous location - just in the middle of safe and charming Jardins area & near to everytyhing in the centre of SP. 2 evident flaws though: - Pointless irritating blinking fire alarm lamp right in the middle of the ceiling on top of the bed (very annoying in the dark); - Sometimes has endlessly long queues to get assustance at the front desk (hotel is very big though)

I stayed here for one night and enjoyed it very much. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Internet worked decently, but I had a hard time with a Zoom call. Location is great, with good restaurants nearby. I would easily stay here again.

Excellent value for money, extremely well located at Avenida Nove de Julho within walking distance from Avenida Paulista, Rua Oscar Freire, Parque do Ibirapuera and right next to a mall. Many restaurant and entertainement options nearby and easy access to all the main roads to all parts of the city. Friendly staff, clean rooms, 10/10"

Besides the simplicity, a few items are necessary for the guest's comfort, like air conditioning. In the first room that we were in, the device wasn't working properly. So we passed through the hassle to change rooms to another floor after we already had settled in. But, for shame, in the new room the system was ALSO BROKEN. In the midst of a heat wave, dry climate and dust, a hot, noisy night in São Paulo.
