Staff spoke English, rooms were kept clean. This location is walkbable to metro stations, the nice areas of town, and of course on Paulista when it's shutdown on Sundays. Not many facilities at the hotel, but plenty of restaurants close by

Comfortable hotel with a great location, close to subway "Consolação", on the main avenue of São Paulo. Attentive receptionists, presence of security guards at the entrance of the hotel, fast and courteous service.

good service and location. if you are looking for quiet place and need good sleep quality, go for the rooms situated in the end of the aisle, far from avenue paulista and the elevators', they are super quiet.

Ibis it's like Ibis, without luxes and more, this Ibis it isn't economical as the others, it's expensive in relation with the others if we talk about included services. The bed very hard. The location is the good point.

Considering the category of the Hotel and understanding what this means, everything was excellent and ther is no claim to be listed. Cleanliness, location, all services, restaurant, breakfast and sleep quality are excellent.

Very nice hotel in a very good location - Paulista Avenue close to the underground station ( Consolação station - green line and also Paulista Station - yellow line !!! Excellent breakfast with very kind staff. Congratulations !!!! I have been before and now I could come back .

Everything was good / nice. Excellent location, Very good relation cost / benefit. Very clean. Nothing was wrong during my stay. Excellent breakfast. Security very eyes on. I believe that the only thing that could be improved a little bit would be the PC available at the hotel lobby.

Top location in Sao Paulo at the Paulista Avenue near 2 metro stations, and a very good breakfast, but I was disappointed at this Ibis for a hole in the bedsheet and a very cheap soap instead of a liquid dispenser in the bathroom.

A laready have used this hotel many times, so I used it again. The hotel is very convenient, its localisation is very convenient bering near the metro station, the rooms are very convenient, and I did not have any problems during stay in the hotel.

The service was great and we loved the location. It was easy to get to different areas in São Paulo and the hotel provided taxis services. We were also happy with the cleanliness of our room and commom areas of the hotel.

excellent location and nice hotel, very clean and comfortable. You can enjoy the gastronomy aorund Av. Paulista and a lot of cultural activities and shopping. The hotel is quiete, nice and kind people.

The hotel is very well located and staff well trained to help you around São paulo. The breakfast is good, although I'd rather have a view from the outside during the meal. The bar and lounge are confortable and functional.

The hotel offers a good balance between price and benefit., It has good attendace and good location. The room is clean and totally meet customer´s expectance. The hotel always is a really good choice.

Very good located , clear and nice. The service was excellent and the staff are all very polite and kind. The only one problem was a noise from outside. Workers used machines on the street at night. The windows should have a more efficient seal.

The staff was great, the room was clean, the location was great and the bed was soft and comfortable. When I needed to know where was the pharmacy and the stationary they helped me. The food in the bar was good.
