This hotel is amazingly friendly. It has tremdous beach access and x2 very good pools. Highly recommend this hotel as a destination. Also special mention of our lovely host in the dining room, Reno. He was so helpful, always cheerful and a lot of fun. A special mention of Fiona and her assistant chef who hosted a great 'Indonesian Cooking Class' Loads of fun. Will come thru here again.

Mercure Sanur is my go-to hotel in Sanur. Down the southern end of Sanur it is not as busy as the northern end but has everything you needs. It's not a modern hotel and might not be 5 star but fabulous value for money. I love the Balinese style of the rooms and the pools are great (and you never have to fight for a sunbed). Definitely recommend.

Beach wedding, stunning view, exceptional service

We had our wedding on the beach in front of Mercure, followed by a dinner reception in the garden with 50 guests. The service and overall experience exceeded our expectations. The photos online don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in real life. All the staff we encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful—even our guests gave high compliments. I suppose that’s the famous Balinese hospitality. Our wedding manager, Novi, was outstanding. Communication with her was smooth and effortless from the planning stage to the big day. She was attentive, proactive, and always receptive to my requests, doing her best to accommodate them. On the wedding day, she and her team handled everything seamlessly, allowing my husband and me to fully enjoy the moment without any stress. We also experienced the Balinese couple massage at the Mercure Spa and had a romantic beachfront dinner—both were truly five-star experiences.

great service not only from the departments but excellence service from anna (front office) she sure help us while we're staying at the hotel, thumbs up for anna. the room is clean and comfortable enough, unfortunately the breakfast a lil bit plain for the porridge
