Perfect location, quiet at night, everything is easily accessible during the day. The pool is the perfect size. The staff is helpful and kind.

Good Stay, with a few initiative issues at Breakfast

The jewel in this resort’s crown is the lovely staff. Extremely attentive and friendly. Although our room was a little tired and was in definite need of renovation, it met our needs and we were glad it was ground floor. If I was to make one strong suggestion to elevate the breakfast experience, it would be for the staff to be more vigilant. I.e keep a constant eye on replenishment of items like milk at coffee machines and cereal area, cultelry like spoons at cereal (I watched every day on numerous occasions spoons run out and the waitress came back with ‘two’ spoons for the person asking for them , instead of using initiative and bringing back a whole heap, by the time she got back with the ‘two’ spoons there were other patrons waiting for spoons, necessitating her to return for more spoons - wasting valuable time for Mercure, wasting time for patron and not using initiative - not a good look for the Mercure brand. I witnessed other times when there was over-zealous in clearing plates whilst patrons were clearly still eating, yet very slow in replenishing etc. the other issue was all the coffee machines appeared to be calibrated differently resulting in differing levels of liquids in cups. One machine giving 3/4 cup latte, another 1/2 cup latte, very frustrating. A little more training in using initiative would have the breakfast area running a little better. One other issue was the yoghurt trays, the ladles need to be shorter handles, as they were hard to use and numerous people hit the shelves above, losing half the yoghurt on the floor, either that or invest in small portion reusable glass/plastic pots.Otherwise a great stay.

What a fab place in Sanur

What a great place to stay in Sanur. Everyone is sooo lovely and friendly. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. We used all the facilities including Spa, restaurants, laundry and all were great services. Yudi was especially helpful with our late checkout. They even surprised my partner with a birthday cake waiting for him in our room. A great holiday made even more special by the staff at the Mecure.

Very nice hotel in a grown up garden whith 2 pools and location beach. Sunchairs included and towels. Very friendly staff, always helpful and give excellent sevice in bar, reception, restaurang and the staff that cleans the room. Very Good cleaning everyday, water included in room. Big breakfastbuffe for all tastes. We been here many times and alwayes happy to stay here.
