Laid back resort next to the beach

Return visit to this lovely relaxing hotel right on the beach. It's got two good pools and lots of long chairs on the beach.. The rooms in seperate small units dotted around the well maintained wooded grounds. Only snag no lifts but our ground floor room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't use the restaurant but the bar near the beach is good. There are lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good level of security.

The stay was excellent,friendly staff. Clean rooms. Great spot right on The beach. MR Kori helpt us great with our questions that we had. Both the check in/check out was great. We felt right at home. We can absolutley recomend this hotel to anyone that is staying in Sanur.

Our Mercure stay.

Nice service. The rooms, however, were not quite what we expected and were especially cramped for the family. We struggled to find the pools; they weren't in great condition. We had heavy rains during our stay, but the problem was the rain came under the doors and the deck tiles where way too slippery, and therefore we decided to cut the stay short. The plants and forestry were pretty and well prepped. It was a very close walk to the beach and beachside markets.

Older traditional accommodation but location amazing

Great location in the quiet end of Sanur. Older traditional style rooms but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with options for everyone and the Staff are friendly and caring, thanks to Tari & Reno who are exceptional and are always smiling. 2 Pools to choose from and 2 bars serving these pools, great lunch and dinner options as well as many themed dinners available. Lots of options for getting some sun on the beach with ample lounges, chairs or beanbags. Samuel was excellent on check out.

Cockroach alarm, dirty, old

Cockroaches are everywhere and the management does nothing about it! They don't take the problem seriously! Never again !!!!!!!! The Pool is very yellow and Dirty. After swimming, all our skin was yellow and our swimwear was discoloured. Breakfast was okay. It was always the same. There was no exotic fruit. The best thing is the location on the Beach
