if you are flying from CDG don't go there, shuttle not free and very inconvenient (don't drop you off at airport)

Their shuttle service is with a third party, can't reserve it though hotel and you need to pay, they don't drop you off/pick you up from airport but from a train ride away from airport called CDG Val (very inconvenient if you have luguage) so essentially you need to take both Shuttle and train to get in/off hotel. + there is NO SHUTTLE between 12-5 pm as if flights don't happen?? Rooms are old, bathrooms are old, carpet will give you allergies, food at hotel limited and very average (4-5 choices)...hotel so old you feel in a dormitory when in the corridors...lobby is well maintained and staff is nice

It is a nice property. But the check in staff is quite rude. I paid full room charges and taxes. They insisted on 600 Euros. My room rent itself was only 158 Euros!! No idea why they wanted 600 Euros credit card deposit. They threatened not to give a room if I don’t deposit the money, even after paying full rent and taxes in advance.

The room was dirty and furnished with old inexpensive worn furniture. The rug had large holes and the curtains were torn. I would rate this hotel less than terrible due to lack of cleanliness, unfriendly/unprofessional staff, and unsatisfactory food/amenities.

Slightly better than budget but pillows are hard, rooms are dated and old. Definitely needs a refresh. This hotel is quite noisy. We could hear the people upstairs stomping around, Who knows what they were doing at 11:30pm? Lots of kids in the hotel so keep this in mind if you looking for somewhere quiet. No English TV channels which is annoying when you want something to do on a long layover.

To start there's a £400 euro per room charge on a credit card so make sure you take one. This is not explained anywhere. It is far away from any transport so unless you are driving avoid. The reception team love to say No. Anything you ask will be met with a No. 5 euros for a bottle of water- make sure you take your own. Hot Breakfast is repetitive- noodles, soggy scrambled eggs, over cooked bacon and garlic potatoes. Toilet is in a tiny corner very difficult to use and seats are wobbly. Only go if you are over 5'10 and can reach the floor as toilets float in mid air. Our toilet also had a wobbly seat that was not fixed for 5 days. Shower has a 20 cm gap to get into. Glass is very hard to open so you have to squeeze through the tiny gap. Hotel is very stingy with towels and tea/coffee. If you book a room for 4 people you will get, 2 small bath towels, 2 tiny hand towels and 1 mat. No bath sheets. 1 sachet of earl grey tea, 1 fruit tea, 1 sachet of coffee. 1 sachet of sugar, and 1 pot of cream 1 stirrer if you ask for more it's a no. The water in the bathroom sink is not drinking water at least that's what we were told by the reception. And told to buy a bottle of water for 5 euros. Swimming pool has no steam room or sauna as advertised. If you do go swimming take your own, soap, towels as they are not provided. Also might need a pop up tent as there's no changing room either. Brunette receptionist with curly hair is very rude. She will only smile if you are a pilot, everyone else is looked at like dirt. The Mediterranean looking man with shoulder length hair is the only one who tries to help. Laurence in the dining team is friendly besides those two people everyone else looks like they hate their jobs and take that out on the guests. Tea and coffee at bar is served cold. Mint tea- is 7 mint leaves popped into semi warm water. Nothing else is added. Not really a tea just flavoured water.
