To assist future guests, please note that this Ibis Styles is not located directly next to Terminal 3 at CDG Airport. It is one bus stop away. Bus 9502 stops at Chesneau (€2.50), and the hotel is on the right. We booked through Agoda, and the room did not fully match the description provided. When asked at reception, we were informed that the listing had not been updated. Some amenities listed (garden view, minibar, in-room tea/coffee, bottled water) were not available in the room; instead, tea, coffee, and water were provided at the reception area. This information would have been helpful to receive during check-in. Later that evening, one of the spare pillows had a visible blood stain. We contacted reception and eventually had it exchanged by going down to the lobby, as housekeeping had already left. The situation could have been handled more smoothly. Breakfast was included in our rate and the breakfast bar was good. However, for the price paid, the room itself felt quite basic, with limited amenities provided (hairdryer, 2-in-1 soap, paper cups, toilet roll, and a sanitary bag). I hope this feedback is helpful for future guests and for the hotel to improve.

Beware when asking for a "taxi" at Ibis Styles Roissy

Ask for a taxi to go to Terminal 1 CDG. Hotel employee ordered instead a private car. Cost for 5 minute ride was 25 euros. Very unscruplous. Beware

We found the room clean, quiet, and comfortable. Check-in was easy and friendy, the shuttle departed on-time, and the breakfast was excellent.

We (a couple) booked this hotel for an overnight stay. The room was clean, the staff at the reception appeared well trained. However: - there was neither hair conditioner, no body lotion in the bathroom. - there was no iron and iron board - in the room. - there was no safe in the room, yes you got it right - no safe. Only large towels were provided in the bathroom and it were wet ( not dried enough). Shortly, it is a 2 star hotel in a good location with a good soundproof (this is the room's best feature I ought to mention: there is no noise coming from the outside ).

A disappointing ibis experience

Our flight was cancelled and we were offered this accommodation by EasyJet. We chose it as our experience with ibis in the UK has been exceptional. We thought a known and trusted chain was a safe choice. After being sent to the wrong hotel by an airport worker (apparently there are 2 ibis Styles at CDG airport), we had to queue to check-in for around 45 minutes. At this point, it was nearly 11pm in the evening. The building is tired, shabby and looks unloved - however our room was fairly clean. Once we settled in to our room, we were disturbed by large groups of teenagers running down the corridors, and then the fire alarm being set off. We evacuated, but at no point was anyone accounted for, or given an explanation/apology before being sent back to our rooms. Our room was right next to the elevator shaft, which was very noisy. As we were trying to sleep, we heard scratching and squeaking coming from the walls/shaft and at this point, we requested to move rooms as we were confident it was a family of rodents. Initially, we were told they were fully-booked, but after some discussion, eventually we were allowed to move. Staff did not seem to care there was a rodent problem. Our second room was more peaceful and we managed to sleep a little. We skipped the breakfast in the morning due to a queue of around 100 teenagers and headed straight for the airport. A disappointing ibis experience.
