Typical basic airport hotel (with cold ambiance easily cleanable surfaces). Our hotel room was clean, with safe and small bar fridge available. Very easily accessible in terminal 3 with easy access to RER, airport shuttle and other terminals. We were pleasantly surprised when we had dinner in the hotel how good the food was as we usually don't have high expectations of airport hotel restaurants. Nice open area with lots of space in the main floor lobby area to relax should you choose.

Very convenient to airport. We arrived late in the evening and after a bit of trouble getting here from terminal 3, due to airport upgrades, enjoyed a nice meal in the hotel. We had an excellent breakfast next morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room a bit basic but after a long plane trip from Australia it was nice to sleep in a proper bed. We have stayed here previously and it is very convenient to the train into Paris.

Being directly connected to the T3 train and bus station is its biggest advantage. Room is basic, but is cosy. Place is clean and well-maintained. Service is friendly, but appears to be under-staff. Breakfast may not be the best, but is above-average.

Beware of NOVOTEL Charles de Gaulle airport!

Upon booking this hotel through Booking.com, I clicked on my options uning the "filter" function, as usual. One of them, the most important to me, is that the rooms must have air conditioning. I NEVER book a room without air conditioning. I am 70 years old, temporarily grappling with mobility restrictions, and walking with a cane due to an orthopedic problem (which I hope will disappear at some point). I dragged myself through terminal 1 of Charles de Gaulle airport with a 20.4-kg suitcase (Unfortunately, at that time I did not request wheelchair assistance) and when I finally arrived in my room, I noticed that the temperature was high. I returned to the reception and informed them that the air conditioning in the room was defective (the air is central). I was informed by the reception (and then by the manager) that by administration's determination ALL rooms were without air conditioning because the external temperature was... low! They offered me a FAN or suggested me to open the window (My room was in front of a jet takeoff lane, is this cynicism or plain cruelty?). Already extremely irritated, I insisted that I HAVE THE RIGHT to air conditioning, I paid for a 4-star hotel with air conditioning. If I wanted a hotel without air conditioning, I would have chosen a two-star hotel and paid, maybe, 80 euros, rather than 219 (plus 19 euros for breakfast, which I paid for at check-in). By taking this totally arbitrary action, the administration DEPRIVED ME OF THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE WHETHER OR NOT I WANTED TO STAY IN THAT HOTEL. The minimum acceptable would be to fully refund me. Obviously, Booking.com replied saying that unfortunately refund wouldn’t be possible because they upgraded me to a cooler room. Which does not erase the despicable and arbitrary atitude of the hotel managers toward the guests. Beware of these people, avoid staying at this hotel. As for Booking.com, I wrote to them, stating that by not compensating me for all the problems they caused me, they are actually accomplices. I have been a long standing customer of Booking.com, but I’ll nno longer make any business with them from now on. They are not the only ones in this business.

Very convenient location and bright and modern foyer. The rooms are standard for an airport hotel. My only complaint was that the towels were extremely stiff and scratchy. Would stay again here for both the convenience and price. Easy to catch the free shuttle/train to all terminals and car park.
