Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share your detailed feedback following your stay at the Mercure Hotel Mannheim am Rathaus. We are pleased to hear that you found your room clean and comfortable and that our underground garage was particularly convenient for your journey. Thank you also for your constructive comments regarding the bathroom. Our frosted glass bathroom doors are part of the room design, although we understand that the amount of light they allow through may not suit every guest’s preference. Your suggestion of an additional small orientation light outside the bathroom is interesting and we are happy to take it into consideration. We are sorry that the washbasin and stopper were not in proper condition. A cracked basin and a stopper that does not seal correctly should of course be checked, and we will pass this feedback on to our technical team. Dear Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your stay at the Mercure Hotel Mannheim am Rathaus. We are pleased to hear that you and your family enjoyed the warm welcome, the spacious room, our extensive and well-maintained breakfast buffet, the convenient underground parking, and especially our pleasant outdoor garden and terrace area. Regarding our location, Mannheim city centre and the Marktplatz can be reached in approximately 10 minutes on foot, while public transport connections are only around 5 to 10 minutes away. This allows our guests to enjoy a relatively quiet location while still being close to the centre. We are sorry that the curtains did not provide sufficient blackout for your personal preference and will take your comment into consideration. We also regret that our bar was exceptionally closed during the weekend of your stay. Unfortunately, unexpected staff absences meant that we were unable to operate the bar as usual, and we fully understand that this was disappointing, particularly as you enjoyed our terrace and garden area. We are pleased to hear that you and your family appreciated our convenient location close to the city centre and restaurants, the comfortable room, our extensive breakfast selection, and especially the friendly welcome at check-in. Thank you also for your comments regarding the carpet. Our carpets are vacuumed regularly and professionally cleaned at set intervals. However, permanent discoloration and signs of wear can sometimes remain and unfortunately give the impression that the carpet is unclean. We understand that this affects the overall appearance of the room and will forward your feedback internally. We are also sorry that you were unable to access the enhanced WiFi through your ALL account. Your suggestions regarding sustainability, including reducing unnecessary towel washing and improving recycling options for coffee capsules, are also valuable to us and will be shared with the relevant departments. Schone kamer, (erg) kleine badkamer. Glazendeur maakt badkamer groter maar laat daardoor veel licht door. Licht laten we altijd aan zodat we in het donker ook de badkamer makkelijk kunnen vinden. Misschien een optie om een klein lampje aan de buitenkant te monteren en laten branden want dan hoeft licht in badkamer niet aan. Garage onder het hotel is perfect.

Goede ontvangst, vriendelijke dame aan de receptie, ruime kamer. Wel jammer dat de gordijnen niet heel goed verduisterden. Hotel ligt een beetje uit het centrum maar goed te bereiken met ov en auto, parkeergarage ook gemakkelijk, je kon ook gewoon in en uitrijden zonder extra gedoe. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeker niet druk maar toch zeer goed aangevuld, hele aangename buitenruimte ook aan de bar/ontbijt. Minpuntje was dat de bar in het weekend niet open bleek.

Alles vlot verlopen nette kamer ontbijt was prima. Sommige dingen wat verouderd maar oke niet . Het centrum op wandelafstand jammer dat het een wat verloedering van stad is.

Ik heb heerlijk geslapen. Bedden en kamer zijn comfortabel. Met deze hitte echt super blij met de airco. Het ontbijt is super gevarieerd. Veel keuze en lekker. Ik kwam tot rust. Zeker een aanrader als je in Mannheim wilt verblijven. Dicht bij alle locaties en ook goede tramverbinding.

Prima hotel, prima locatie, en fijn dat we de auto binnen konden parkeren. Alleen het cafe was gesloten, dus 's avonds was het moeilijk om iets te drinken te krijgen.

alles naar wens. wat wel opvalt is dat ik vorige week 19 euro moest betalen voor het parkeren en vandaag 25 euro. Dus 6 euro verschil in 1 week.

Hotel tegen centrum mannheim aan. Parkeren €19 per nacht kleine parkeervakken. Prijs redelijk hoog versus d. kamer. Kamer boven d. ingang en drie persoonskamer. Goed bed, kleine badkamer wel functioneel. Vloerbedekking veel vlekken. Prijs ontbijt erg hoog €43 voor twee personen. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding redelijk.

Ik wist niet wat ik moest verwachten V. dit hotel, het is wel iets verder weg gelegen V. het centrum, maar nog wel te doen om te voet naar de hoofdstraat te wandelen. Er is een ondergrondse garage, helaas geen laadpunten tot zover. De kamer was voldoende groot de douche kon iets moderner. Het ontbijt was geweldig tot volgende keer.

In januari hier ook al geweest. We hadden toen geboekt voor drie weken, maar hebben toen twee nachten eerder uitgecheckt. De twee nachten die we te veel betaald hadden zouden we terug krijgen, zo staat dat ook op de factuur. Maar helaas nog niets ontvangen. Hier ook al een mail over gestuurd, maar helaas geen antwoord. Bij receptie wordt gezegd dat het geld is terug gestoord maar ze kunnen me niet vertellen op welke rekening dat dan gedaan is.
