Due to the limited availability of parking spaces at our property, we do recommend utilizing public transportation when possible. For future reference, our website provides information on nearby parking facilities, including live availability, which may assist in planning your arrival. We appreciate your feedback regarding the lack of information provided by our reception staff, and we will ensure that this is addressed internally. Regarding the condition of your room, I apologize for the inconveniences you faced. Our establishment is designed as an aparthotel, which allows guests to enjoy more space and a fully equipped kitchen; however, we strive to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
