We stayed here for one night while attending a show at the nearby Muziekgebouw. We were very impressed as soon as we stepped in to the lobby. Check was very pleasant and we were able to pay for our room and car parking in one transaction. We got the keys to room 615. The sight out of the window is beautiful! The beds are very comfy, the bathroom is spacious, but not sure about the glass design. You can see what the other person is doing in the bathroom and when you switch the light on in the middle of the night, this also lights up the bedroom through the glass. Nevertheless, affect our stay and there are plenty toiletries and towels. We had a drink at the bar as I am a silver member and I get a welcome drink. There was a huge selection of drinks to choose from and we ended up ordering a few more. After the show, we returned back to the hotel and were served by the same people earlier, Mari and Ruben. They are a credit to the hotel, very friendly and always talking to the customers. Mari especially is a gem as she said she was from Osaka and it was great to chat with her as we have been to Tokyo 6 years ago and we are actually going back to Tokyo later this year and visiting Osaka too! Absolute delight to talk to her! Highly recommended for a weekend break that is incredibly close to the city centre.

Excellent hôtel with lot of amenities. Rooms are spacious and modern design. The hotel has a spa, gym and swimming pool which makes it a nice place to stay for the weekend. As gold member, we had the privilege to be upgraded to a bigger room (junior suite) on a higher floor. Unfortunately, no more rooms with a bath were available. Some remark regarding our check-in. We arrived on Friday 30/09 +/-6PM. We have been professionally attended by a young lady, and she noticed something wrong with the room. So she asked help to her colleague (Kevin?). I noticed that he didn’t verbalized any response to her demand and he left the reception. I could notice that she was embarrassed and told us (very professionally) that he went to verify the room cleaning. He came back and make a sign confirming room was clean. My point is the following : at front end customer service, it is imperative to be communicative, professional and proactive. Unfortunately, the behavior of her colleague lacked (from my point of view) of professionalism, yea spirit and pro activity.

The hotel is in a central location that was easy for the guide to pick us up each day. It was also close to many restaurants and city locations. The rooms were clean and very nice. Staff was friendly and cared about our comfort. They gave us snacks and beverages free every day. We would stay here again.

The hotel location is excellent, just across city centre where restaurants and pubs are everywhere and so is the shopping centre. The room is very clean, tidy and spacious. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast is amazing with good stuff. We really enjoyed our stay, althought it was raining, it didnt stop us from going out and check the centre. Big umbrellas were offered at the reception area.

I stayed here whilst on a business trip recently. When I checked in I was allocated a room right at the end of the next wing meaning a long trek from the lobby to the end of the wing and another lift ride to the room. Room was spacious but was shocked that not of the electrical items such as TV kettle etc.. worked because they was a problem with the electrical supply to the room. Called reception and had to wait for a staff to inspect and finally they switched room to one which was on the same block as the lobby. Was given a drink voucher for my problem. Seems like a school boy error to check in guests to a room that was obviously not in the right condition. Location is good , close to the city centre.
