El hotel tiene una ubicación magnífica, fácilmente conectado con todo tipo de medios de transporte y cerca a zona comercial. El personal es muy amable y ayuda donde puede. Respecto al tapizado si recomiendo una revisión exhaustiva de los muebles. Me tocó un sillón con tapiz asqueroso y muy roto

Habitacion y baño diminutos y viejos. Sin aire acondicionado. Inconcebible en este tipo de hotel

Hotel bien ubicado pero incomodo y anticuado. Habitación pequeña, sin luz natural, alfombra con aspecto viejo y sucio, televisor del siglo pasado , baño de sin extractor. Este hotel no es un 4 estrellas

La peor. Mal olor en la habitación desde que llegué hasta que me fui aún estoy esperando la tetera y la nevera (minibar) que decía tener anteriormente me había quedado en otros Mercure y eran excelentes pero este es el peor de todos
