El hotel está muy bien situado al lado de una estación de tren con parada de autobús al aeropuerto. También hay metro y tranvías en esta estación. Está al principio de una calle comercial muy animada y por ella se puede llegar andando al centro. Aunque es verdad que como dice alguna reseña, se puede ver ya algo anticuado, la decoración está bien, sencilla y la moqueta, que es lo que más se estropea y puede dar más aprensión, parecía bastante nueva y estaba limpia. Los baños también se veían limpios. La habitación era muy espaciosa con un armario bastante grande con caja de seguridad y espacios donde apoyar bolsas. y estaba bien iluminada con muchas ventanas. Era una habitación familiar con una pequeña habitación comunicada con su propio baño, lo que nos resultó muy cómodo y práctico. Tenía un minibar con bebidas variadas gratuitas que reponían cada día y también cafetera de cápsulas y hervidor con cafés e infusiones. La cama doble era muy grande y cómoda. La calefacción funcionaba muy bien así que la temperatura estuvo muy bien también. El personal de recepción nos pareció amable y profesional. En conjunto fue una estancia satisfactoria al cien por cien.

Hemos estado bien en el hotel, esta bien ubicado y es cómodo, lo único para mejorar es la ropa de cama que había muy poca y era individual en una cama doble.

Echo en falta un hervidor de agua, y el acceso libre al minibar de la habitación. Algún día no se cambiaron las toallas.

El hotel ha estado a la altura de lo que reservamos y de acuerdo a nuestras necesidades (familia de 3 adultos). Nuestra estancia de 4 noches para pasar fin de año fue perfecta ,con 2 hab. comunicadas (doble e individual) equipadas con minibar gratuito, albornoz ,caja fuerte, cafetera , 2 TV y 2 baños (bañera y ducha con secador y amenities). Deben ser de categoria superior ! No hubo ningun problema a la hora de cambiarnos el equipo de cama en 2 ocasiones (resfriado muy fuerte) y el personal de limpieza fue muy amable. El desayuno caro (25€) y las bebidas en el bar tambien (6€ cafe con leche) pero delante del hotel hay supermercado y todo tipo restaurantes en los 3 pisos de galerias comerciales de la estacion. Justo al lado del hotel , hay un rte de comida austriaca bastante bueno . Su ubicacion , a 5 paradas de la catedral San Esteban en la linea U3 y 4 de Schobrunn , lo hace bastante comodo, ya que en estas fechas es prohibitivo los alojamientos en el casco antiguo. Tambien en la pza exterior estacion tren (Europaplatz) se coge el bus directo al aeropuerto , a 11€ pax . No tengo ninguna pega que poner , bueno la confusion del recepcionista en el check out ,al reclamarme un importe (40€) descontado y pagado con puntos de mi cuenta Accor de fidelidad. No me gusto el detalle (la fra se pago a la entrada ) pero la manager lo resolvio en un segundo. Solo avisar que las condiciones de cancelación son muy estrictas y aunque lo indica al reservar , no disponen de mucha empatía.

Hotel confortable, con habitación amplia y baño cómodo. Estuvimos en una habitación que daba a patio, a la que no llegaba el ruido del tráfico. No hicimos los desayunos en el hotel. Los únicos aspectos negativos que encontramos fueron: 1) el pavimento era de moqueta, un tanto ajada; 2) no tenía hervidor de agua ni cafetera; 3) tenía un pequeño frigorífico, pero estaba cerrado con llave, con un letrero que decía que sólo estaba disponible en habitaciones de mayor categoría.
