We are pleased to know that, overall, you remain satisfied with the hotel after several years of visiting us. At the same time, we truly appreciate your honest comments regarding the aspects that did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room cleaning policy, we understand your concerns. Our intention with this initiative is to contribute to sustainability efforts while supporting charitable associations. We regret that the communication around this measure did not provide you with enough clarity or confidence, and we appreciate your reflections on both the guest experience and the impact on hotel staff.
