Estancia aceptable, destacando como positivo el desayuno bueno y variado y la amabilidad del personal de Recepción. Como aspectos a mejorar destaco la limpieza y el estado general de mantenimiento. Si bien se solicitó servicio de limpieza diario, en 6 noches solo se realizaron 2 limpiezas y el nivel de limpieza no fue satisfactorio. La alfombra/moquette de la habitación y los pasillos estan gastadas y sucias.

- El hotel está muy bien ubicado con una parada de tranvía justo enfrente, y metro a corta distancia caminando. Sin duda lo mejor para visitar una nueva ciudad. - La limpieza y servicios de habituación correctos però bastante básicos. Por ejemplo estaria bien una tetera en la habitación, són económicas y dan un buen servicio a los huéspedes. - El servicio de desayuno lo peor sin duda. Buffet general básico. Pocas mesas para dar respuesta a la multitud de huéspedes que nos encontrábamos allí cada mañana concursando por un espacio pada desayunar lo más cómodamente posible. - Soy celiaca y indiqué en la reserva la necesidad de una dieta sin gluten para el desayuno. Tuve respuesta muy rápido indicando que lo tendrían en cuenta. Eso me animó a mantener la reserva y acudir la primera mañana al desaynuno con esperanzas. Pero la única opción con la que me encontré cada mañana (y fue una estancia de 4 noches), era un panecillo bajo petición a la persona que estuviera por el buffet (dos panecillos si eran generosos) que descongelaban en ese mismo momento y el pan o bien parecía goma o bien se ponía duro como una piedra, pràcticamente imposible de comer. Ninguna opción más para acompañar al desayuno. A parte que una dieta sin gluten no es únicamente eliminar el pan... el resto de alimentos del buffet pueden estar contaminados al estar expuestos si todos los huéspedes tienen opción de circular libremente y manipularlos. Tendrian que tener en cuenta todas estas opciones cuando ofrecen desayuno para personas con intolerancias alimentarias. Pagar desayuno incluido y recibir esta única opción durante 4 días fue sentirme bastante engañada.

Llevo varios años alojado en este hotel, y aunque estoy globalmente satisfecho, hay algunas cosas que desde mi punto de vista han empeorado: 1. Para que te hagan la habitación cada día tienes que pedirlo. Te comunican que el ahorro en este concepto irá a una asociación de niños con problemas cardiacos. Por ello de 5 posibles dias, solo pedi 1 dia que me la hiciera. Sin embargo mi reflexión es que no tengo la seguridad de como se encauzan estos ahorros. Podían repercutir tb en el precio final de la habitación y por otro lado probablemente repercute negativamente en tener mas gente trabajando en el hote. No me acaba de convencer la medida. 2. Antes al entrar en el buffet de desayuno (que lo considero bastante bueno, aunque hay cosas que han quitado, como poder hacerte tortitas tu en el momento con una maquina que habia) te daban una bandeja que era bastante util para coger el desayuno y luego cuando acababas lo llevabas a un carrito y dejabas el sitio libre. Ahora no te lo dan y ademas no hay platos grandes con lo cual tienes que hacer muchos viajes para coger comida. Ademas si vas solo, en cuanto te descuidas, te quitan las cosas de la mesa mientras estás cogiendo mas comida. Mejor volver a las bandejas. Por cierto no vi que hubiera descafeinado disponible, aunque es cierto que tampoco pregunté. Tb hay que hacer mas seguimiento de las maquinas de zumo que a veces se atascan y no esta disponible el zumo de naranja.

Fuimos una familia de 12, 4 niños. El personal de recepción joven pero profesional, el desayuno bufé con lo esencial y alguna cosa más, bar restaurante Günter esencial, y las habitaciones con vistas panorámicas siempre limpias y suficientes para nuestra estancia. Deseable una gestión más eficiente de los ascensores, que horas punta y al ser un edificio tan grande, se colapsa. Esperabamos menos al ser un Ibis y hemos salido extremadamente satisfechos y sorprendidos, para bien, volveríamos. Muchas gracias, por ser tan diligentes y profesionales.

Cuando llegamos con el carrito de bebé nadie nos advirtió que tienen una puerta trasera a pie de calle desde la que se puede acceder sin escaleras, por lo que tuvimos que cargar a peso el carrito para llegar al desk. No te limpian la habitación si no lo pides. La habitación es muy sencilla, no hay mucho espacio más allá del escritorio y el baño relativamente pequeño (no caben dos personas). A pesar de todo, se podría decir que todo está acorde a cómo lo presentan para reservar. También tienen un restaurante que se llena todos los días, por lo que se come bastante bien. Lo que realmente nos decepcionó es que la calefacción es centralizada. Dormimos varias noches con la ventana abierta porque el calor era insoportable. No puedes gestionar tu propia habitación y llevando un bebé resultó bastante incómodo.
